Nathan was super friendly and helpful. Store was clean and had tons of products. Great sale on pet foods. Large selection of horse treats (including to low sugar kind I was looking for). The pet wash actually has quality shampoos for use.

I went in a few weeks ago looking for Rocks : They did not have them out for season yet . A very nice young lady helped me . I forgot her nsne but the manager knows because I called . She took time took me out back and let me pick out what I wanted anyways . She was very patient and helpful . And absolutely did not have to take me to the back . Also helped me inside finding what I need . Everyone was very friendly but the young lady who helped me shocked me for being so young and having great customer service !

Talk about a 10 out of 10 experience. I called around looking for a niche product and they didn't have it but they helped me find it somewhere else. Needless to say I will absolutely be coming back here for other needs in the future! Thank you! *Product was a "Pumpkin Gutter"

placed a pickup order for one thing, never got an estimated pick up time, and i tried calling to see if i could get one. i called twice and nobody picked up. i didnt think it would take hours to get together one bag of pine pellets, if i had known that, i would've just went in and bought it.

It s such a great experience shopping there the other day. Very helpful staff led me to exactly what I needed. I was looking for some winter boots and they helped me. I tried on a few sizes and got the fit I needed. They even suggested I look online which I did. I found the same boot I wanted but on sale. I had it shipped to the store at no charge which I then picked up. Super happy with the product and will go back again.

The store always looks great. Polite employees, always ready to help. They have a dog wash in the back, and vet services on Sundays. Very involved in the community and they support local animal rescue groups.

I really like TSC and have had great luck there but I just bought 8 chicks last night and one died within two hours of taking it home. They said there is nothing they can do about it which I really dont feel is right. I mean obviously something was wrong with one chick. The others are fine. I have been buying and raising chicks for over 20 years. Just not a good policy.

Well, all is well during these times of fear. This place reopens its doors a few weeks ago as I was in need of something to do. Dandelions popped up everywhere. This place is known to have what you need, when you really need to find it. My journey was fast as their employees were faster to help. Great and friendly place to visit or just search for what you have no idea you really need and you'll find it. Your missing out, if you dont check it out and that my real opinion.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Chriss Adams and his employees at Airport rd Tractor Supply in Jackson. While he is always extremely helpful and efficient, today he tracked down everything we were needing for our fence project. The team members were great at helping load everything and always friendly. We appreciate our local TSC and great customer service.

Very bad customer service bought a $ 500.00 pellet grill used it one time after curing the paint as instructed in the manual cooked meat and the paint bubbled and tainted the food at 250 degrees the manager said he would call me back and never did I will never spend another cent there just thought people should know how they treat customers that have spent thousands of dollars there since they came into town

Always a good experience. Helpful employees, have what I need, Sunday vet clinic, dog wash area, supports local 4- H community and animal rescues. Employees always help to load my purchases.

I was at this store today and saw the manager I believe Chris is his name treating employees like trash. I will never shop at this store again. No human should ever have to be treated this way even if they did make a mistake. I will refuse to shop at a place where the employees are treated the way I witnessed today. I hope the manager is reported and corporate takes the appropriate action needed.

Here in Jackson tractor supply is always on point A lot of times you can find some good things on clearance for sale.Everybody seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful and also helping load if you need it. Overall tractor supply gets 5 stars.

I found good prices for dog food, bird food, safety rock salt and propane. Many other items seem pricey. I like that it's dog friendly and that they host clinics for dog vaccinations and such.

PLUSE you do not have to park 75 miles from door easy in& out close parking I love this fact easy to get to easy to park. Easy to go now you go great deals on dry dog food 50# sacks less than $20. Always out of stock, didn't even have a small green bottle of propane! Cashier says, "knutsons bought us all out".. go figure you let another business buy your entire stock instead of selling to actual customers that spend the time and effort to drive to the store.Also never have 20 in bar and chains of my size which is very common they're always bought out. REDICULOUS man it's only winter time
