Bullseye! My Favorite Store in Jackson (Maybe Yours Too?)Target is like Disneyland for adults (but with better parking...usually). It's no secret that this store is a favorite among Jackson residents, myself included. Even when the parking lot looks like a game of Tetris gone wrong , I rarely encounter long lines inside. Maybe it's Target's magic, or maybe they've got a team of super-efficient cashiers.In all seriousness, Target offers a fantastic selection of products at great prices, from home goods and clothes to groceries and electronics. They also manage to strike the perfect balance between trendy finds and reliable staples. Plus, their seasonal aisles are like a treasure hunt for fun and unique items! Whether you're browsing for a new outfit or just need to pick up some essentials, Target is a one-stop shop that never disappoints.

Was there the other day when needing to do a return. It was a curly blonde girl with glasses that was up there. She was playing on her phone the entire time I stood there and waited for assistance. No one else ever came up due to everyone else being busy. I just left due to her not being aware and being on her phone.Why is Target allowing this behavior? Everyone else was working and this employee ignored me, a customer, who wanted to text or play a game on her phone instead of doing her job.

Boy do I love this place. This store is always well maintained, well stocked and the associates always maintain a nice and calm demeanor. I consistently use this Target as my #1 place to shop due to their options and consistent stock availability

Known for denying people for jobs, then refuse to provide any feedback or detail as to why. Even after doing an interview they'll still deny you. Very shady and untrustworthy company/store.

If you aren't using Targets, drive up, pick up ordering, you are missing out!!! Fastest driver up order service in town. Very easy and usually you'll get a discount on some drive up purchases. Honestly, I needed curbside just so I don't spend $50 at bullseye's corner as soon as I enter the store, marketing brilliance...

I love coming to this Target location. Team members are always so kind and I never have to wait too long to use the self checkout. They have good stock and if I can't find something due to it being out (on the rare occasion), they are always willing to check the back for me.

I really love this Target. I do most of my shopping here for drive up orders. I can shop whenever I want and they will send me a message when the order is ready. I can tell them when I’m on my way and when I park, let them know I am there. I never wait for more than five minutes for my order to be brought out to my car by great and friendly workers. Thank you so much for making life easier!

They charged my debit card 3 times for the same entire order and never refunded me! Almost $50 THREE TIMES! Twice on the first day and then a third time the next week. I called after the second charge and the manager said she'd refund me and when I drove 45 minutes to the store she didnt refund me at all. Then a third charge for the same amount was taken out the next week. Whenever I tried to talk to the store manager they said he was busy. I worked in a department store for 7 years. I have never seen such horrible customer serivce. I dont plan on ever shopping at target again. I wouldn't reccomend anyone shopping there.

I went in target today to buy a new phone a new printer and computer monitor. I asked to look at the 2 iphones they had in stock . The manager Emily said she could only let me look at one at a time . I wanted to compare and decide she refused to let me see both. So I bought one and told her I would but the other one also. She refused to sell me the other phone. They called the police on me . Emily was rude and lied and would not give me the name of her supervisor. What a horrible employee.

Don’t shop at this store they sell gift cards that don’t work and rob people money during the holidays and the customer service suck they are too dumb to know how to fix the problem

I've always loved shopping at Target, but over the last couple months I've noticed the cleanliness of the store has gotten worse. I'm usually in there right around opening time. I always see a couple people "cleaning", and by cleaning I mean just walking around and talking on their phones. If the employees can't keep the store clean when covid is still an issue then people will stop shopping there.

Doesn't hire anyone. Won't tell you why because they say they don't have to. Well, they hire only certain people, minorities and certain groups. They do video interview only to see who is who before they do the next step. This is how they get you.

Lack of product and rude employees, my cashier was more concerned with talking to the customer behind me (someone she clearly knew) and then when I embarrassingly didn’t have enough money on me, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I was very embarrassed but she ignored my profuse apology for having to take a couple items off. You shouldn’t work in customer service if you lack complete compassion and empathy for other human beings.

This Target is amazing. There was barely anyone there on a Saturday afternoon. The employee I dealt with for a return was fabulous. The store was clean and well organized.

Can’t speak for anything other than the wonderful person working in electronics! They were friendly, well educated and honest with my significant other and I as we were picking out a computer to best suit her business needs! I haven’t encountered any person working in electronics in any store to be even remotely close to this employee when it comes to knowledge of products!

Great experience - found everything we needed from toys & clothes for a grandchild's birthday, summer fun stuff - plates & accessories & almost everything on our grocery list too! The store was exceptionally clean. As soon as you walk in, you can see a store employee cleaning off the carts. The employee was nice and friendly. You're doing right with the COVID-19 epidemic. You have adequate signage regarding your policy and an added bonus was the person who would announce every 10 minutes or so to remind everyone to social distance. The cashier was extremely nice, kind, and helpful and took the time to help me with the Target app. Your store is well-organized and I could find everything I needed. Due to my experience today, I prefer shopping here over all the other stores.

When ordering online I failed to request curbside pickup. I'm on crutches so when I got to the store and realized my mistake it only took a phone call to the store for them to say, "no problem", they brought my package right out to me. I appreciated the help fixing my mistake.
