Busy Christmas season but plenty of cashiers for checkout. Purchased a DKNY backpack purse that was supposed to be leather. Got it home to wrap as a gift and it is actually PVC. Disappointed, but now understand the $40 sale price. Beautiful store and friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

My go to place for clothes. If your wardrobe is complete though and you’re looking to decorate your house, they have you covered on that as well. Great candles for a great price. Electronics galore and if you are traveling soon you can even buy some classy looking luggage the airport can rough up for you!

We Found some great deals. Sadly, the place was pretty cluttered due to all the holiday shoppers. There was a pretty long line to check out, but the cashiers moved us a long officially.Don't forget to keep the packaging and receipt if you need to return an item.

Everything feels so random, it gives thrift shopping vibes but at the same time has like a corporate feel. Employees are always preoccupied, so finding help finding something can be difficult. Three stars because even though the service is 2 stars the random on brand clothing you can find is always at a good price compared to regular retail. 3*/5*

Worst experience ever. I would give a zero if that was an option. Picked up a fingernail polish, the lid was not secure, it dumped down my dress pants and on my nearly new suede leather shoes. The bottom of the polish was on the floor unbroken and I did not drop it. It was unattached. I reported it and was told there was nothing they could do about the damage to my clothes. I understand that a previous customer probably loosened it. Ugh.

My only problem with TJMaxx is that I can't afford ALL of the AMAZING Things that I find in the store!! My FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP!! They carry TONS of INCREDIBLE, UNUSUAL Gift Ideas that you can't find at other stores!! Nice people working the Jackson location!

Horrible place to shop. Staff more concerned with getting to their social calendar than your shopping experience. Got there today only to have a young lady turn me away at the door at 6:39 pm. Now know that they were supposedly open until 7pm. Staff taking laziness to a new level. Will definately take my business elsewhere. Will share this with my friends also.

They are taking really good Covid precautions. Two women stationed at the front: one ensure masks are on and offering hand sanitizer, while the other one cleans your cart in front of you before you get it.Prices are reasonable and there is always something interesting to find!

I've always loved this store, I pretty much only shop clearance here but they have alot of nice stuff from clothes to pots and pans. I always find something cute and the workers are always kind and helpful.

Thought I'd come back today after being in store Saturday and noticing boxes upon boxes of new items yet to be opened and put on the shelves. Thought I'd might see some progress by today. Unfortunately that is not the case. Most look like they haven't been touched since my last visit. The door to the back stockroom was propped open and it is practically filled to the ceiling with new inventory waiting to be put out. The store is crawling with shoppers desperately wanting to shop after being on lockdown yet management appears to be hoarding inventory??? In the meantime I approached the empty checkout lines to find 3 workers complaining about their break times and then another 3 workers chit chatting at the exit making it impossible for shoppers to leave and maintain social distancing. Management at this store is non existent. Looks like I'm going to have to head out of town for my TJMaxx shopping.

I get in trouble most every time I shop at TJ Maxx, but in a good way...lol! I walk in looking for something specific and walk out with numerous items, it's near impossible not to! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The prices are decent and the store is always clean. TJ Maxx is my daughter's and my favorite store to shop at and we're due for a mother-daughter day soon!

The store needs to be cleaned there was clothes on the floor empty hangers on the racks there was food and drinks that were just randomly sitting around the store like they don't ever clean up behind themselves or the customers they have came in that day or the day before whatever sits there

One of the cleaner locations out there. Not everything is priced with stickers, which makes for a cumbersome shopping experience. It's amazingly bright inside and clean. There's an air of open shoppability.

Great deals, but there has always been a problem with the employees. Today, the cashier who checked me out couldn't count out correct change. My total came to $19.98, I paid with a $20 bill, and she couldn't figure up in her head how much my change should be. She pulled out her phone and before she could open up the calculator I told her it was 2 cents that was owed to me. It isn't her fault. There should have been training programs to go through before an employee is put on the floor, and in my opinion they should have at least had a basic math test for potential employees to pass. I blame corporate or whomever is to blame for the negligence.

Very busy, everyone preparing for the season change and upcoming holidays. Lots of sakes on coats, pj's, boots and etc. Stop in prices are great.
