100 percent love this place and these people!! Always so helpful and knowledgeable. They've ordered in items I asked about, super pet friendly and health conscious! Almost always have free samples. The only place I've found that has fresh venison bones that my dog absolutely loved, pig ears, etc. My dog passed away 17 days ago and I could not be more grateful for this place. The treats they supplied were her absolute favorite and I will forever love this place as they helped make my dogs life a bit better every time I went in. I cannot thank them enough!!! This is easily the best pet store in Jackson. Both John and Paul are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. More than willing to answer any questions you may have. They stay up to date on current recalls in the food industry. If they don’t carry your brand and can’t get it they will most certainly have an alternative you can try. Our friends at Summit Pet Supply are always friendly, always have Penelope’s food in stock and are always able to answer any questions I have about treats, toys and supplements. I love that I can bring Penelope with me and they always have a treat for her! They are conveniently located, but even if they weren’t, it is worth the trip to support local businesses!

The owners are great. They care about the health, happiness, and comfort of your pet. They sell top qaulity food, treats, toys and accessories. I only order our Fromm dog and cat food through them. Highly recommend supporting this locally operated and owned business.

Nice place, a bit over priced and the owner or manager is very adamant and/or very opinionated about what kind of dog food one should purchase for their dogs. From my understanding their selection of dog food is limited to family owned companies only, I was told they do not carry any corporate brands.
