This is a great Sam’s Club. It was very well organized. It was very clean on the inside. It had many great sales currently going on. I love the way the set up is at this one with the refrigerated items. Much different than the one where we live. We really enjoyed our visit and got some great things.

It was definitely a pleasant trip... Low crowds due to the rain storm and kept our trip here easy and free of trying to navigate around other people

We have been members for years on and off.. The Jackson store is very nice and we love the new layout.But we have been watching the gas prices, and to be totally transparent, the price of gas can be found cheaper elsewhere around town. We drive 20+ minutes one way to use our membership, but we will be looking at other options, because I truly don’t think the price of the membership is paying off for our family, especially when we are looking at filling two full size trucks.

Minus the fact that this location seems to ALWAYS be packed with people - and not always nice ones - we love Sams. And the Scan & Go feature on the app is amazing. Not having to wait in lines makes it all worth it. Plus, $1.58 for a hot dog & pop? Yes, please!

Signed up for a membership under the understanding that we would get $40 credit for scan and go and a $30 statement credit. No such credit appeared. Called and they claimed it was supposed to be a credit card credit and no scan and go credit.We won't even bring up the fact that I got a statement with a bill due before the credit card even arrived in the mail due in 10 days. So I applied February 28th, get a bill February 27th and it's due March 10th. Strange I have not received the actual credit card in the mail yet...

I pay a premium to shop there, I have to find my card to show it to them before I walk in, even though I can’t check out without having my card. Then I go to the self check out and check myself out Then I walk by their box, bin, and box, my own groceries while taking care of their trash and to top it all off I have to stand in the line the reaches all the way back to the cash registers and wait so they can make sure that I am not a thief. It seems like after all I have to go through to shop there they could at least put three or four people at the door so they can quickly make sure I’m not a thief. After all I do for them.

The tire center today was horrible. It took 2 guys almost 2hrs to put 4 new tires on my car. I am all for a relaxed work environment buy when they were moving slow and would stop and talk every 5 minutes. Will most likely never use Sam's club again for tires.

Great store! First time there and the deals were amazing. Prices were close to Costco's (some lower / some higher).I do like the yellow tag sales offering unadvertised 'dollars off' on selected products.

The Absolute worst club that I have even patronage. No Eggs,No vegetable other that potatoes & onions,No fruits other than a 12 pack cardboard orange & nasty brown bananas. No tomato sauce other than ragu 🤢 No chicken breast treats for my dog other than freeze dried... No beer. No Sams Vodka. Meat was extremely marginal to say the least. I will never shop this store Ever Again!

They check your reciept at the door which is great. However, i couldnt find my physical reciept and pulled up the one on my app. She made me stand to the side, and i waited almost 10 mins for a manager and was severely embarassed to be put in that position. My party spent over 600 dollars. Lady was very rude and did not try getting a manager, instead helped others out the door that paid as i did, before i did. They illegally detained me, a paying customer. Thanks for the bad experience.**EDITED TO ADD** shopped today on November 27th and the same employee was at enterance this time. she did not ask anyone else to provide a club membership except me, and i pointed out we had a run in before. i will consider it harassment if the employee continues as you dont need a membership to enter, to buy alcohol. I have a membership and didnt pay to be harassed at this location. will be getting her name if shes there on the way out.

It does not matter what time of the day you shop, it will take longer to exit after checkout than it does to shop for items. Scan and go plus 2 associates at 6 checkouts but only one associate at exit. No one at club cares, been this way forever...

I went in to meet a friend who works at Sam's for lunch. On my way in, a security guard with a chip on his shoulder (sorry, I mean the "door greeter") asked me for my ID. I told him I wasn't a member. He got a bit belligerent and said that I'm not able to shop there, (I already know it's not true) but I just replied, "Okay, I understand" and kept walking. I met my friend for lunch and the door greeter would glare at me (but didn't say anything, of course) when he 'just happened to be walking by' me and my friend. We finished lunch and I left and again, nobody said anything to me. However, the door greeter guy then reported MY FRIEND to her boss that I was aggressive and causing a scene, etc. and she ended up getting in trouble over it. The greeter guy never asked me to stop, didn't ask any follow up questions, and I wasn't doing anything wrong, so I figured we were good despite his prickly demeanor. How a company could, in good conscience , keel haul my friend over a situation she wasn't even involved in, is beyond my comprehension, but I'd definitely never set foot in there again or even consider a membership.

I like Sam’s club. I have a lot of positive memories from shopping at this store. My husband and I go here often, tugging along our 18 month old. When I was pregnant, I would often eat at the Cafe. They have everything you could possibly need in large quantities, for very cheap. The store is clean and very well organized. They have good produce and produce staff.

Not as good as a Costco, but better than Gordon's. Waiting to show your receipt to leave is ridiculous. There should always be 2 people at the door, so the line doesn't back up to the cash registers.

The tire center is absolutely horrible the guy working the counter kept scratching his head and didn't appear to know what he was doing . Had to wait over 2 hours for tires would not recommend using them ever ..

Clean store, good selection, good prices, friendly staff. They must be doing something right, a lot of the staff has been there a long time. They updated the store quite a while ago (years) and I still forget to go to the dairy cooler for the milk.

They need a better sushi selection. Went in specifically for sushi and the cooler where it usually is was bare. The staff kept making me uncomfortable by staring at me and watching me shop. I dont know if it's because I'm black or what? I will be canceling my membership.

Sams has a wide variety of items and the prices are great. You can get canned food, fresh meat and vegetables, bakery items, frozen food Crackers, cheese, chips and candy plus more. They have home products, sometimes furniture, pet supplies and jewelry. There is a pharmacy on site. I have a 40 minute drive and shop there for most of my supplies.

I loved shopping at this sams, everyone is normally so nice and helpful. However, Pam needs an attitude check. I’ve never been talked too so bad before, she was unhelpful and mumbling rude comments under her breath. Unreal, I would rather cancel my membership than step foot in there again

I love the store itself but when it comes to shopping online it needs a lot of help to get it where I would like it. I have a big family. I get some help from state for food. I tried to order for pick up to save time. Nope couldn't add the card. Called and they said that the app doesn't take ebt. Not happy now I have to go in waste time shopping when I could have picked up

This Is a review on new sushi company Mai at Sam's in Jackson. It Has some of the best store bought sushi I have ever had. It had excellent quality and taste. I talked to the guy that makes it as he was stocking case he was friendly and courteous

This is one of the cleanest and most organized Sam's Clubs I've ever shopped at. The merchandise is faced, and the clothing is arranged by size. Quite refreshing for a warehouse store. The staff was friendly and performed the typical functions like checking the purchased goods quickly.

The gas station is ridiculous. If someone started pumping facing the wrong direction do they really have to be harassed? I just observed this. And why are we enforcing facing 1 way while pumping like it is a criminal offense?
