Awful. Called for my scripts to be filled 5 hours before I wanted to pick up. I show up 30 minutes past the time they said they’ll be filled, scripts not done and they still need an hour. This happened the first time as well, figured it was just a one time thing but definitely starting to see a trend. Will be taking my business elsewhere where customers time is more of a priority.

My husband and I got our Covid shots, I had been able to make an appointment but my husband didn’t, but went with me. The staff were very busy but friendly and said they would work to get him in with me or as soon as possible. We were able to get together with no problem's and questions asked answered kindly , I believe our pharmacist was Jennifer. Thank you so much, get your vaccines everyone, stay safe!🧡 Lynne

Ever since the new pharmacist Halian Bai started he has been very short and rude. Today he was very rude with my elderly mother when she called to see if her medication was refilled.I went to Rite Aid to pick up the medication and confronted him about it. Halian pretended he didn’t know why I was upset. I told him he better be all Unicorns and rainbows when he talks to her from now on.He replied with “ How about from now on I don’t fill yours or your mom’s prescriptions”?I replied with “How about my mom and I take our business somewhere else”?He didn’t speak another word after that. Even when I asked him questions. He should not be working in customer service!

Friendliest pharmacy staff I can think of. I mean, small pharmacies like Brown's are great, but these people at Rite Aid are in a class by themselves.

Pharmacist was impatient with me in answering question that were pertaining to refill procedure. I know he was busy but I’ve experienced other pharmacies where they are busy too and I wasn’t treated condescending like this.
