Horrible. I had to leave. The cashier was talking to everyone. Took 20 minutes to ring up 4. Items. Cause she wanted to know people business. Also out of half the items I went in to get. Looked like they hadn't cleaned in a while too.

Updating my review. I've been with this location for 7 year's now. 7 years ago I rated it 5 stars. That's not the case anymore. Ever since Jake the pharmacist left the pharmacy has been left in shambles. The new pharmacists know next to nothing compared to Jake. Michelle the Pharmacist tech is the most rudest person ever alive. They never have your prescriptions ready in a timely manner.. they also fail to have your entire order ready. 90% of the employees that work here are rude.The only exceptions are little sweet Laura and Jake who no longer works at this location. I'll be finding a new pharmacists/pharmacy to go to.

I used this pharmacy for years not a problem Jake the Pharmacist is gone and I had to return three times today to pick up my prescriptions, I will not return again! The people are rude with the exception of Laura and the service is pitiful.

Disappointed in delays and lack of communication getting prescriptions filled, including 1 lifesaving epi-pen. Two other prescriptions going on two weeks. Service used to be good, has taken a downward turn.

Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Much better than my recent experience with the staff at CVS pharmacy on west ave. I will be coming here now whenever I can if my family needs any prescriptions.

The service in person is great, but the wait times on the phone average over 12 minutes just to speak to someone are which is unnecessary at best

Michelle was very rude at check out. She pulled my card out of the card reader. Was overall very impatient. She was having problems with the register and took the frustration out on me. I am not happy or satisfied with my visit. I will not be returning to this location.

The only good thing about this store is the cashier up front. She's very nice and respectful, the store manager Nick and the pharmacy cashier is very rude and need to be replaced. If you don't like your job probably should quit and get a job you don't have to help people.

One Star because zero is not an option.My very ill wife needed to fill a prescription and gave them the BlueCross BlueShield card. They said the card was not active, berated my wife for saying that she had just used it at the doctor, "the prescription coverage is no longer valid". Instead of following the instructions on the card to call to verify coverage, they charged her full price for the prescription, telling if she got things straightened out the insurance company she could come back within 7 days and they would fix it.I immediately got in touch with HR Director who verified that the coverage and group numbers were valid. She went back to the pharmacy to get it fix. Instead of fixing it, she was lectured on how HR people don't know anything and told they would call the insurance company "when they had time". Mind you my wife is miserably sick.Well, I called and spoke very strongly to "John" the pharmacist. He wouldn't give me an answer as to who his superiors are so that I could lodge a complaint. Finally, he asked who I was and proclaimed to my wife that I was on the phone "yelling at him". (I was no where near yelling at him, but apparently he's not used to being confronted.) He finally informed me that his tech was calling the insurance company. I responded that they had better have it resolved before I called back. He hung up.My wife let me know that the situation was resolved within a few minutes. No apology for their incompetency/system issues.

So an improvement that needed to be made with Google's interface, business hours are being confused because the pharmacies hours differ from the store hours, there needs to be an additional set or hours for the pharmacy as I imagine people are going there for pharmicutal needs and finding the pharmacy is closed, however the store is still open. They don't really have anything in their interface when changing hours so I sent a picture of the differing hours and submitted them, we'll see what happens.

I have been waiting for nearly an hour for a flu shot. That's after waiting for 20 minutes at the pick up window without so much as an acknowledgement. The pharmacy claims they only have two staff members on duty, it's a Monday afternoon!
