Just moved here from Florida & just the entire vibe at this location , is just different! The employees are phenomenal! The nice & tall gentleman, gave me some pointers about setting up my new aquarium, even his HONESTY about his knowledge. I try to shop locally but sometimes, you have to purchase, when availability. They had the items ( and a few plants more lol) Please keep up the great work ALL of you ❤❤❤ and I will be back! Even the cashier lady was smiling, very pleasurable and service with a smile. She even welcomed, my spouse and I to Jackson, Mi.. Nothing but 5 Stars across the board at this location.. -Be Blessed 🙏-LeNariWent again today to get fish. Let me say that I am so grateful for the detailed information and help from Mr Sean in the aquatics department & always service with a smile from Ms Maranda! Please keep up the great work!! Store is always organized and clean, but I’ve received a lot of bad bird advice from the staff here. Empower yourself, do your own research and protect your pets. Cashiers are always awesome, managers have that “I am smarter, better, and busier than you” attitude. All in my experience and my own perception though! Could be different for others!

Lady who works here was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and beneficial with her education to help me take care of the beta fish I bought and smart choices for my little darlins dog food- BUT the loud manager who makes you wait over 10 minutes in line before he will check you out your order (and then gives you the garbage reasons YOU MUST understand about their register change overs (&more) in his VERY SCOLDING TONES,) made me know for a fact: I will NEVER BE BACK!! ...especially since their competitor is just around the corner!!!And I VERY grateful & GLAD I don't work there! Only gave them a two because of the very good employee.. she deserves a 6 rating ..and a better manager who deserves a negative 6.

Looking for dog gating. They had a large variety to choose from. I was able to get a nice one on sale. Staff were very helpful. Customer service was outstanding. Very clean. They offer dog training classes. Plenty of parking.

I love going to this pet smart location because they usually have cute cats they need to have adopted out. I always wish I could take them all home with me! I also love buying my 2 cats and one dog a toy from here when I make a visit.

The groomers are very nice, but after paying $16 to get my dog's nails trimmed, they looked exactly the same as when I went in.

5:30 pm on a friday, says they're open online but when I arrived they were closed. There wasn't a paper or anything on the door explaining why they closed early either. Very frustrating considering I have to drive 20 minutes out of the way to not even be able to buy the stuff I need.

I appreciate the knowledge, professional, yet friendly atmosphere of all of the pet groomers. My dog is always happy to have had a good bathing & grooming. She is always happy after her visit. That means a lot to me and says a lot about the employees. I highly recommend Pet Smart in Jackson Mi.

I've gotten pets here before. Today we got a danger noodle (ball python). Staff were knowledgeable and super sweet. Animals are always in perfect health and wonderfully taken care of.

I’ve had nothing but bad luck with other groomers in the Jackson area my girl coming home with bad new hot spot which she never had before, no shaping, half trimmed one eyebrow missing, and nails clicking. Also with in a couple of days didn’t look she was shampooed but she did get a cute little scarf around her neck. I wholeheartedly recommend Petsmart and especially Ashley she is absolutely conscientious and caring “a job well done” 5 stars G. S.

Needed a last minute grooming done so I booked an appointment with their groomers. I paid for the basic bath and brush plus teeth brushing and tipped $10. After getting him home and checking him out, he does not smell any cleaner than he did when I dropped him off. The package that I paid for included ear cleaning. His ears were not touched and his fur around his ears was still dirty so i had to do that myself. $62 down the drain.

I wish petsmart would train their people as well as they train dogs. The people. The grooming department have no idea of customer service. Everything is more important than the person that should be dealt with at the time.

Don’t take your dog to the groomers here! Money down the drain. Not to mention extremely poor customer service skills. (Except the first gal I dealt with)The store front blonde, sorry I can’t remember your name, but she has a husky and GSD and walks dogs as a side job, she rocks, very knowledgeable and helpful and loving towards my large nervous GSD and my other rescue GSD. I figured the groomers would be similar.. only one of them was and I only saw her at drop off. There’s also an an older gentlemen who is awesome too but he works store front as well.My dog had an accident in the store months ago and I tried asking a lady where the stuff was to clean it up (the blue station near me wasn’t stocked) and she got so nasty saying there’s stations all over and we don’t pick up after your dogs here.. my dog is even more nervous here than the loud intimidating lumber yard since I brought him to the groomer.

Always super friendly and helpful. They let me bombard them with questions. My cats always enjoy when I come home with a bag from here, and I feel great knowing that they're getting good products at prices I can afford. I do wish that there were some nice family owned places in the area, but since I haven't found any better, I will continue to support my local pet smart.

Took my dog for grooming. I had a scheduled appointment. They told me it would be 4 hours. When I got my dog back, he was scared and appeared traimitized. I'll . Never go back for any pet needs.
