I honestly love this place. They have a great selection of foods for my lil guy Mochi (even some I cannot find at Pet Smart) along with just a huge selection of everything for reptiles, fish, birds and dogs/cats. I always have a great time interacting with their associates and they never have an issue with helping out if necessary. Outside of Chewy this is my #1 pet store.

Lots of space. They carry a lot of options for food, toys, bedding etc. There is a grooming area as well. They also sell a number of types of pets; however, outside of beta fish there are no other live fish or fish tank animals for sale. They do carry new tanks as well as all the accessories you could ever need. Checkout was speedy and friendly. I personally came to get a plus sized bone for my big dane.Edit: Adjusted to 5 stars. Thank you for the response. As I thought through it, there is truly no reason that my visit would not warrant a 5 star opinion especially after your kind response. I look forward to continuing to be a happy customer!

Manager was helpful; he even helped look through most of the dog food for specific protein requirements. The other staff were nice and helpful too. Best customer service in a while.

Long time shopper, and I support Pet Supplies Plus still. However, my experience today while attempting to use the wash rooms was unacceptable. My issue is with the MOD, Kara.Came in for a typical bath, even double checked with the staff before entering that no one would enter the room while I was using it with my pup. Staff confirmed this.Midway through my wash, the staff opens the door and tells me to put the dog in the tub because water is leaking under the door. I offer to clean up the mess, pay extra and ask for a few more minutes , they say no and then another staff member shoves the door that they can clearly see we are standing right next to.In a very patronizing fashion she said she'd help restrain him, and I declined that. Clearly this was not something she was qualified for and after the first attempt to enter the room, I did not want anyone working there to touch my animal. He was not being loud, or destructive. He was sitting in the corner shivering.At this juncture I decided to leave because the safety of my currently soaking wet and soapy animal is being put at risk because "of water on the floor".There was a window right next to the door that could have been used to relay any of these messages. The entire room is built as a washroom, there are drains on the floor.There are exactly 0 signs or rules saying you have to use the specific bath tubs to use the room. Given that fact, I requested a refund for the services that were cut short, and that was granted. Management claimed that was common sense and that it shouldn't have to be a rule.I expect better animal sense out of my favorite pet store, especially a member of management. The rest of the staff was sweet and very helpful.

Prices are always extreme, and no goat milk smh like babies are not being born every day. 😤 it's always a very clean establishment and friendly staff. It's not their fault for prices nor not having something I needed in stock.

I was having the most awful day after losing my sweet Betty yesterday to Cancer. I was very emotional, and in need of a new companion. Leslie and the cashier (I didn't catch her name 😕) Were incredibly nice and even gave me hugs Thank you, Ladies, for Sir Thaddeus aka Ted (Jensen) He's perfect for my little family.

Huge selection of dog products, medicine, toys and food. Not quite as large of a selection for cats and other pets. They have good prices and sale products.

My mom went into pet supplies plus yesterday with our family pet Rosie (pictures), she is an 8 month old Rottweiler puppy, very sweet and playful! But sadly she wasn’t treated very well while being in there. My mom went in to get some dog food, dog bones, etc. A person with a dog came through the doors and Rosie got excited and play bowed then barked. She’s a very vocal dog. One of the managers said “She’s not aggressive is she?” In a nasty tone. I’d think if you were working at a pet store you’d be able to read a dogs body language, since she was play bowing. Most of the staff were really nice and loved on Rosie afterwards. But the thing that makes me mad is that there was a small dog in the store barking at Rosie, the costumers, and other pets in the store and nothing was said to them. Rosie has grown up with two other dogs, so we know she isn’t dog aggressive! We wouldn’t take her in if she was, we left our other dog Bobo out in the car because he doesn’t do good in stores, mostly because when he was a puppy nobody would even look at him because of his size. It’s just sad to see people discriminate against a dog for there size.

I hadn’t had such a great experience and when I left a negative review, the manager had called me and tried to do anything he could to make it right. I thought that had made excellent customer service because not a lot of other places would do that. He also followed up what he stated and made it right. Another employee was very knowledgeable about German shepherds and gave me a lot of good advice for my dog.

So I forgot to bring my dog food with me the night before thanksgiving at 8:30pm I call this store that was an 1hr away in desperation. The staff recognized I was in trouble and offered to stay untill 9:30pm (30min after close) so I could pick up the food. Thank you so much for such a kind thing you did for me and my puppy!

I brought my pup to use the dog wash tonight. Your staff is always so helpful and pleasant. The young man working ( I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was so nice. He refilled the shampoo bottles for me and and was very kind to my golden retriever who tends to be very high energy.

They don't carry a good variety of dog food sizes. I didn't need 72lbs. of dog food and, they didn't have any smaller size bags. They do have a great selection of toys and treats.

Bought a reptile tank and was cracked, wouldn't be able to use this to hold water if I wanted to one day for whatever reason I change purpose of the tank. I am happy I got a bearded dragon, but a 220 dollar tank that's busted just ain't right

I have begun buying my dog food here for my 2 labs. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you find something if you need it. I took my son in here the I there day to look at the kittens and he loved it.

I only Gave 3 stars, Due to the store, was fairly good for cleanliness. The cat, and Bird, and other cages were fairly clean as well. However, Not one! employee had acknowledged myself nor my mother! I was appalled due to the lack of workers doing their best due to management! For allowing there employees to perform the work duties like that. not any customer service. However, definitely no respect for the Elderly or customers that are still shopping there . From the employee that' has absolutely no reason to be in customer service. I'm not impressed with Jackson pet supplies plus. I moved for 8 yrs and my Animals loved going to pet supplies plus when I was in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Florida. However, I will use online or take a longer trip to get the cat toys, Bird toys, and treats and food etc, Management, the money you lost, and will loose is not looking good for you. This town already is small and covid took out a lot of businesses. Employee's not acknowledging customers that are standing in front of them looking for help. The employee clearly acted like he was busy. Obviously, this is allowed frequently. Poor work ethics and was not taught the job correctly, when we finally get to the check out.( I got the rest of the stuff on line). My mother wanted to ask about the cat scratching post that they had in the back Isle. We waited for 30 m7 And I have a large parrot needs some things The store was not busy. The cashier she was screaming at another employee that was already to the door. to really top it off. My mother had to ask for her recipe 2or3 times. My mother Will not be there again. I'll be sure to get her cat food. Elsewhere because a 1st Impression is the best! . I always thought pet supplies plus was a pleasant place to get out and bring my Macaw before I left Michigan, I bought all his seed and pellets and toys there. at that same store. Sad to see it.
