I have set up a reef tank over the past month and Pet Station has been excellent in all facets of the process. Easy returns on unwanted items for in-store credit, knowledgeable staff, and they have aided my understanding and learning during the process. I was in over my head but now I feel competent keeping a reef tank thanks to Pet Station. Always enjoy going into the store and will continue to be a customer here.

The animals are kept in somewhat cramped conditions. I bought two rats here as pets for my daughter yesterday. They are older, so they aren't as loving or friendly as her previous pet rat. They are sold as feeders here, and they are kept as such. She is trying to acclimate them to their new home. They are starting to come around. She is very happy to have them with us.

Incredible store!!! Not a place around that has the incredible selection of fish, reptiles, and birds that Pet Station does. I was blown away. I couldn't believe how many saltwater animal options they has as well. I intended to simply go in and look around, and I walked out with a python and a tank lol. They were so helpful talking me through all the options as well as proper care for my new pet. Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars somehow. Highly recommend!

First visit had an employee that was extremely pleasant and helpful. So I ended up going back to buy some more feeder fish asked for 20 paid for 20 only received 16 but oh well didn't matter what mattered was the employee that helped me this time wasn't very pleasant to deal with seemed to rush me and wasn't very customer focused.

We are extremely happy with our 90g tank setup we purchased a year ago. It is set up as an mbuna tank and we recently went back to purchase more fish. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction on the best fish to purchase. All of the fish are happy and healthy and we will definitely be back for our next aquarium.

Great local place that the kids love to visit while picking up your pet care items. There are many different pets to choose from as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buy local and keep this awesome pet store up and running.

Great place for a variety of saltwater fish, coral, and invertebrates. So far, I had no issues with any hitchhiking pest. Thanks for the feather star.

I frequent this place about every week.Their prices are decent, and their selection is massive. They also sell a large quantity of saltwater fish, coral, birds, guinea pigs, ferrets, spiders, snakes, turtles, etc, along with the sale of tanks and aquarium equipment.Every once in a while, they get a unique animal. What I've seen there were axolotls and mudskippers.I can't wait to see their koi tank back up and running. I love this place. Tell Zsa Zsa that I love her.

One of my favorite spots! Got my sweet Spike there a couple months back! There selection is so wide and the animals are all kept in good conditions. I go back for food every week or 2 and they're so friendly and helpful with suggestions! I will continue to go here no matter how far I have to travel ☺️

My husband and I took my grandson who is six. He had a blast looking at all the animals of the fish snakes birds he could have spent hours in there and they was also friend laying there.🐾🐾🐾

This place mainly has fish more than anything. Not much variety for the reptiles and all the snakes were male. A few species were kept together despite not being a co-hab species. Even saw a female and male adult crested gecko pair in the same enclosure. Nice people, just not what I was expecting and hoping to see.

Bought an Indian ring neck from them it passed away not long after I got it other then that the staff is very sweet just wish my birdie was still here after all the money we spent on it

Just got back into saltwater and checked out the store. The short lady with spiked hair, as she’s referred to. I believe is the owner. She can come across a little aloof/condescending, but I believe that’s just her personality. Once you get to talk to her, she’s very nice and approachable. Probably relates better to animals than humans which is why she owns a pet store! I can relate! LOLFish have all been healthy. They have even taken one back that just wasn’t a good fit for my aquarium. No questions asked. Full store credit. Left with a new fish. Staff, in my opinion, after talking to many of them are very knowledgeable and helpful.I work at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital and they take care of our big saltwater aquarium and they do an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Bought two pet rats for daughter for Christmas. Both were pregnant!!!!!!!!! The store is supposed to keep males and females separated, and they knew they're for pets.

I came here for fish and cherry shrimp. I love supporting local businesses and they had an amazing selection. I paid way less than I was expecting and less than with other pet stores or online fish stores. I was asked many times if I needed any help or assistance (I didn't at the time and I told them that each time since I was looking at everything and calculating things). When I did need assistance, it was friendly and efficient. They are incredibly knowledgeable and nice. I was even told that they would help me set up a saltwater tank and/or a brackish tank. I've NEVER had any other pet store offer that. 100% going back every time and they have my business for life. No more big box stores for me. 100% happy with them and would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone.

Always good quality fish. Their tanks are very well maintained. By far the best place in the area for fish. She also has a good stock of other pets as well. We have bought many fish from her as well as a couple of turtles and frogs. Our fish from here have outlasted all the fish we've purchased elsewhere.

Someone told me I should check them out, and I was blown away by how many animals and fish they have in such a small hole-in-the-wall place! Their big salt water tank is FABULOUS! They didn’t have the species of finches that I was looking for, but they put me on a call list if the ever got them in. They had other birds, and reptiles, I believe an isle of furry critters, and several areas of supplies. My husband was ready to leave, so I didn’t get a thorough look-see.

Went in and the prices were outright theft. Almost 400$ for a ferret, reptile accessories over the top. Charging 250 bucks for the same cage I purchased for 60 on Amazon. Who are they kidding? Went to petsmart instead.

My favorite pet store in town! These guys have the best selection of fish, fresh or salt water. They have reptiles like snakes, lizards and turtles. They also have tarantulas and occasionally scorpions. They always have bunnies, guinea pigs and a lot times puppies too. They also have birds in the back. Anything and everything pets can be found here. They have the best selections of food and specialty items.
