First CVS, then Walgreens, now Meijer(airport rd). ALL of them have lines ALL the time. And how come the EXACT same prescription every month ranges from $3- $6??? Pricing based on the phase of the moon? Insurance? Meijers coding? What a racket...busy non stop but never enough help on staff to keep up with the line. No more 30+ minute waits, online I go....no one to blame but themselves cuz its been this way for years!

The line is 30 minutes long and has been for two hours. The staff is busting their humps to take care of us. You've got 4 registers, but only 3 staff on the register. The drive thru is just as long. What the heck, give these poor people a break.

You’ll wait in line for over 30 minutes for them to not have your meds ready.. even though they sent a text saying they were ready. Then they’ll be super rude and unhelpful when you’re trying to get a medication you absolutely need.That’s IF they have the meds in stock at all..

Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to not have a prescription ready, when they notified me that it was ready. The tech told me they don’t know what happened, but they can’t magically pull it off the shelf and I would need to wait in the area another 15 minutes. Not a great customer service experience.

Called to refill prescription but, their automated service was down so I had to be transferred through, called a handful of times and each time the phone was picked up and hung up.

Poor customer service at drive threw.Women at window was rude and treated me like I was a robot. I was confused and she was unable to kindly give me directions.She cut me off to any questions that I had as she didn't want to deal with me. This is not the first incident.

We just went to this Meijer to get the new Covid vaccination for the first time. The front desk was very kind and knowledgeable. The woman who gave us the shot didn't appear to have any training. I saw her put the entire needle in my wife's arm almost aggressively. I could see in my wife's face pain and shock. Her hand went numb for a few hours. The woman did the same to me without side effects. We will never use this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is terrible. I have scripts sent in and when I call to check on it THEN they start to fill the prescription. They say it’ll be ready in an hour. Mind I tell you this is from when I called To check on it, not when the script was sent in hours before.. but the script won’t be ready in an hour. You wait and wait and wait. Countless times I’ve had issues here

My script was called at 11 am Friday morning. After work I get there at 6. Told me it was out and would be delivered Saturday at 2 pm. I asked if another location would have it, the elderly lady with blond straight hair said let me check. Turns out they did have it and it would take 2 hours to fill!! I asked when they first got it why didn't they do their due diligence and find it in the first place? She said she didn't know when it was called in and that it would take 2 hours. So blatantly ignored my question. Rude. I said please text me. I get a text to enroll at 5:44 pm. I go have dinner visit my mom. 8 pm no text. I drive there wait for 44 minutes at ask bout my script. Now I get a text at 844 pm!!! Then the young girl with Red long hair presumes to tell me my insurance is not right, I told her we had just picked up a script a week ago. I repeat all my information again. I even give the insurance card needed! I had to call my son's father at work. He calls and had the same issue, he told her to just look up his name and all the information there should match. It did. Well now they are closed and still no script. I don't know where their heads are but it's definetly not there at Airport Meijer Pharmacy.

Sitting in the line right now. They are not busy and it still is taking forever, they seamed confused when we dropped off a prescription to fill, at the same time as picking another up. It's like talking to someone who is not home every single time I come here. It is always a long wait and I've been trapped in line in the drive thru before for over 25minutes(more than once).

The people working this pharmacy are horrible! Worst experience I've had at a pharmacy. They lady tells me 45 minutes to fill my prescription so i walk around the store for 45 minutes then stand in line for 20 minutes to have a different lady tell my I have a 2:30 pickup time. I instruct her what I was told at drop off and she says who ever told you that is wrong we don't have a 45 minute fill. In the mean time I've wasted over an hour of my time walking around the store with bronchitis! Don't ever try and fill your prescription here. Jackson Meijer pharmacy is horrible!

I highly appreciate the drive thru for the comfort of my car. My advice is to call ahead to confirm prescriptions, best pricing of insurance or discount card and finally time the trip for when they are least busy if you want a quick trip. My life has been simpler changing the quantity from monthly to 3 or 6 months and allows me to use a 2nd pharmacy to acquire the best prices. The rating has went from 1 start to 5 stars by calling ahead and timing adjustments. I have found the employees to be helpful and patient when I call ahead too btw.

This place is slower then the 2nd coming of Christ. Dropped off my prescription and was told it would be ready in 1 hrs. Now I've been standing in line for 20+ min and they have made it through 3 people in line. If it wasn't the weekend I'd go to any other pharmacy.

We recently had our medication stolen from the pharmacy. They "lost" a muscle relaxer, and claimed they never filled it when we called them on the problem. Don't fill your prescriptions here.

Folks in the pharmacy do their best to help out as much as they can every time I come through. Only reason I rated 3 stars is because you’ll never get away without a system glitch. Sometimes they’re small but other times they’re large like trying to tell you that you owe thousands on a prescription that should be $30

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Continually mess up my prescription, even though I only have one that I fill here. Had multiple entries of me in database (may still have) which caused confusion (being notified by phone that prescription was filled, arrive to find no script, repeat). Takes multiple times of signing up for auto-refill to actually get it, then as soon as my doctor writes a new script (chronic care medication), have to go through process again. Other problems, but my review is already lengthy.

The absolute worst for customer service! Always rude, and not very good at communicating with customers when they are out of medication and have to order!! You would think this being a busier pharmacy they would be more organized, and polite. This is NEVER the case!

Almost every time I go to this pharmacy there is always a problem with something even though I'm always picking up the same meds. I went yesterday to pick up eye drops, I got told it would be an hour wait..then went to pick them up again, got told it would be another half hour...finally go to pick them up and then they tell me that they are out of stock and I have to wait until after 1pm today. Ridiculous.

Waited 3 days for a prescription, every day they told me they were working on it and then the final day said their wholesaler doesn't have it. A bunch of wasted time, I just hope my dog doesn't lose her eye because this place doesn't know how to do their job. Literally go to any other pharmacy in town

Called in my script mon p.m. The computer said it would b ready tues at 11 a.m. I didnt go in to get it til 2:30p.m. and it was NOT ready. I had to wait another 30 min. This happens almost every script I call in.

Asked them to clean the vent above the pharmacy waiting area three months ago, but it is still NASTY, and clearly hasn't been cleaned in years, if ever.I'm not sure if this is a conspiracy to sell more allergy meds and Rxs or if Meijer is just lazy, but either way, if the part of Meijer that you can actually see is this bad, imagine how bad the back room and parts of Meijer that you CAN'T see are.
