They’re so horrible! Soft moldy old produce. Bakery’s a joke! They mainly take frozen items out of a box and set in a plastic container and they stay behind the counter for days while the other old items sell or mold or are thrown out,then they put an current date on the stuff they defrosted days ago and set out on the floor until the whole rotten process begins again and they have the nerve to call it fresh. What are grocery stores coming to,id like to know or is it just Meijer on Airport Road?

Clean, well stocked, and easy to get in and out of store. Employees are friendly and helpful. I wish they would have more Handicap parking spots. I also wish they would have more varieties of zero sugar sode from Coke and Pepsi.

If you have a service animal DO NOT shop here. I was rudely greeted at the door and interrogated about what service my animal provides which is a violation of HIPPA and then the still proceed to make me leave. I will forever take my business to the Meijer on Michigan Ave instead. At least they do not interrogate me and my service animal which is also illegal.

Watch out for their "sales". They boost a products' price and then put it on sale down to regular price. You think you're getting a deal. Just watch, they do it all the time. I only go now when I have to.

I usually do grocery pickup at my local (Adrian) Meijer and they are usually pretty good. Was in Jackson for an appointment so decided to pick up here instead. Bad choice.They didn't include several things that I know were in my order. They substituted several things that I did not want or approve of. Worst of all, they gave me a pack of English muffins covered in mold. Disgusting. Won't be going to this Meijer again if I can help it.

Best Meijer in Jackson; produce is always fresh. I have never, in my 20+ years shopping here, had to wait more than 5 minutes in checkout, and the greeters always put a smile on my face. I love that they have remodeled & it looks great! Again, it's the best grocery store in town.

Love this grocery store in Jackson MI, has everything you need from groceries to household items. Sometimes they have really good sales. The store is nice and clean and good customer service.

I found most everything except for scanning items is a nightmare at Meijer. Most of the time the barcodes don't work. I instacart for people and when I do scanning barcodes is just absolutely terrible. Other than that I got in and I got out quickly with the self checkout. Bathrooms were clean just wish they would bring back the toilet film to put on the toilet for when we use it. Bc toilets are nasty from flushing and all the germs fly up and land on the toilet seat and we sit on them. Yucky!

Did a pick up order for the first time. Only one person delivering to the cars. Took 25 minutes to be loaded and back on the road.Went there again today. Signed in at 3:48,got my small order at 4:06. Again only one person delivering to cars, 7 out of 8 spaces were taken.

I’ve never heard of this store until I came to Michigan. It’s apparently a chain store. This store is pretty big. To me it looks sort of like a Walmart. It has different departments like food, pharmacy, clothing etc. They even have name brand clothing like Adidas and Champions.If you’re on travel for work, this location is close to a few hotels so it is conveniently located within a couple of miles. They have everything you need in one this one store.They earned three stars because while the store has almost everything, the store was a bit out of order. The shoe department was very messy, could not find my size. I couldn’t tell if the women’s clothing section was plus sizes or regular because all the sizes were mixed from a SM all the way to 3X.Customer service was ok. I was greeted at the door but could not find anyone on the floor to ask questions. Fitting room was closed could not try on anything so clothes didn’t fit. And so this is my second time in the store.

I enjoy this Meijer. The staff very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoy their new mPerks savings and coupons program. I am saving a lot of money because of it and I do recommend joining up for it if you are a frequent shopper because of all the money that you will save. I think Meijer has the best fresh options in the city of jackson. They're fresh meat and produce and their Bakery is delicious and dependable.

If you're looking to return a lot of bottles (especially on the weekend) if possible go before 9am and you'll be in and out without a wait. They seem to have the most machines in town and that cuts down on waiting. And they are really good with that machine upkeep.

Same situation different day...Meijer used to be a goto supermarket. Now it is losing its marketshare because of confusing layout. It has changed it's layout so much that many are switching to Kroger or Country Market. Why they feel compelled to change the layout is hard to understand. If you must shop here, understand you are on scavenger hunt.

Often times I have purchased sale items and they rang up full price. I also was made to wait 45 minutes one evening before they fixed my receipt. Consistently out of stock of items that are in stock at the other Meijer across town. Website doesn't reflect in-store items. Causing all kinds of problems for pickup and delivery.Pick up once charged me for a pomelo but substituted it with a California orange. That's about a 400% upcharge 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Have also waited for 2 hours past my pick up time before.Photo: this is very typical. They have vitamin sales once a month. There is no reason they couldn't keep them in stock. The antacid section looked the same and they weren't on sale.

This is a very large Meijer that has lots of different stuff I was amazed at all the different food types of available that you do not see at the smaller stores. Everything looks decent but the people in there we're kind of rude. No one even greet you at the door and the cashier was very short-tempered maybe she had a bad day. Otherwise the selection in this store is awesome

Electric cart's aren't alway's available but for the greeter's who go out of their way to see that the customer has one to do their shopping. I have shopped with Meijer for 47 year's and so have my children. Congratulation's Meijer on many more year's. 😘

The store was well organized and staff members help me find what I was looking for.They have very competitive prices and offer MPerks to deepen your discounts; including gasoline!I was able to find a few pair of Blowfish tennis shoes in my size that were on sale, which was a bonus!
