Do not buy premium painted boards from lowes. I got them because I didn't have to paint them. I spent more money to get nicer Lords and they put the stickers, not the bar codes but the description stickers on the painted side. While trying g to get the stickers off it left tons of glue and made scratch marks in the paint. I now have to sand them and paint them over. Biggest waist of money ever. Never again.

Felt very frustrated when we had an appliance delivered and the delivery person told us they couldn't hook it up or remove the old appliance because the sales associate neglected to provide us with the proper instructions for preparing for the delivery, hook up, and haul away. I would not recommend getting appliances from here as their sales associates don't prepare you for what needs to be done prior to delivery.

This store is a Absolute Joke, dealt with jessica in the cabinets although she did a nice job on layout once things were ordered What a Nightmare. The top was a eight week delivery which was fine but she had never ordered it. The delivery of the cabinets even a bigger mess. When calling looking for help her attitude really was poor no customer service No matter how good the price is Look else where if you want your project done. She come off as being helpful only until you pay. Was told by contractor not to use her, I should have listened..

Well Menards is definitely cheaper by 200.00 on 15 ft of metal roofing material with exact same measurements and better metal lows is why over priced in many items think you not I'll go with your competitor

I want to say how helpful Susan was in the paint department last Thursday (1/11/2024) at lowes in jackson, Mi. She gave my husband and i so much information on the what paint to get. I found a color I liked and she helped me lighten it perfectly. I want to give her a 10 star review but it only allows 5 stars. I used the primer that she told me about and it worked so well only 2 coats and it cover it perfectly. Havent painted the color yet but cant wait. She was just so kind and patient with us. I would recommend her if you need help with paint at lowes. Thank you again Susan for your help and being so kind.

Great place to find odds an ends for repairing pretty much anything at home. Don't be afraid to ask the staff for help finding something, They are very friendly!

I have never had a lot of good experiences with Lowe’s employees. We stopped today to look at a new GE range that we found online at a competitive price. Finding no one in the appliance section, my wife sought out an employee and asked for help. She was promptly told he was busy but inquired about what we wanted. Explaining to him, he told us that they probably didn’t have the black model we wanted and that I’d be a lot more money than the advertised price, since no one wants black or white anymore. When we said their website stated availability and delivery by 11/9 he scoffed and said there was no way it could be delivered by then. Off he went, and off we went to HD, found an extremely helpful and knowledgeable employee that showed us options, delivery by 11/10, wrote us up and thanked us for shopping at HD.

I go here to get succulents. Sometimes, I find leaves and they let me take them if I ask first. I love that I can score leaves here to propagate. Their plants are reasonably priced and they are a nice size.

After several minutes of time wasted, I learned that this company cares NOTHING about their customers.I expect to provide a detailed account of what happened in the store and with the corporate Customer Care department on Yelp and others.Lowe's cares NOTHING about it's customer's well being.

Justin Mault was contacted via phone messages, emails and we went to store to talk to him, but he didn’t return phone calls or emails, neither he was available at store, extremely poor communication. Rude and poor service, during installation they broke window ledge and nothing is done for a month now...still waiting. I wouldn’t bring by business to Lowe’s!!

I shop here often and do many pickups and usually do not have any issues with it. I waited 20minutes for a curbside pickup never seen anyone. I went inside and saw my name on the screen and timer going up past 20 minutes. I went and asked a group of 4 associates at customer service (doing nothing but talking) and they just sent me back to the empty counter. When I asked for the manager they then decided to figure out who was going to help. Finally after having to point out which order is mine because they didn’t know there wasn’t even an offer to help load the 200lb cabinet. Luckily some in the parking lot stopped to help. Very disappointed in this and I question doing this again.

Got a good sale price on a Maytag dryer. We didn't get anything fancy, but we love the large capacity with the large opening.We almost left to go to a competitor because there weren't enough salespeople on the floor. Two people were being helped and two couples were waiting.We prefer Lowe's but won't stand around waiting forever.We are happy with our product and delivery was great.

Plywood prices are finally coming back down... this 4' x 8' x 19/32'' CAT sheathing cut into 16'' wide strips makes a suitable attic crawlspace pathway across the rafters (to keep from accidentally going through the drywall ceiling), for about $1.25 per foot.

Lowes won’t back a washer they sell for even 90 days. The extended warranty means nothing, doesn’t apply in the first year. We can’t get any help and they won’t do a thing, say it’s an LG’s problem. Their response on here is a pathetic and they just give you a useless number to call. We have called that number and it’s another runaround so don’t tell me to call them again, give us real help

Extremely dissatisfied. Ordered a gas range from the warehouse and was told I was getting installation service with the delivery. The delivery guys called on their way and they did not have installation on the order so they dropped it off in the driveway. Open it up and it's damaged and converted to propane. We called for exchange and they told us they have zero control over the delivery side of things and we have to do the order all over again. A friend had a similar issue with a carpet order. Never using Lowes again.

We recently purchased the home in Jackson and have been shopping at the local Lowe's a lot lately. We always have a great experience but today was exceptional. We had to do some things at the customer service desk and we had the pleasure of Miss David helping us. She was so helpful, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and had all of our needs taken care of! Thank you!!I wasn’t sure how to make a second review, but I wanted to express my gratitude to Lowe’s in Jackson Michigan and how helpful they have been from Troy with our new grill/smoker and all of his knowledge to Brandon the delivery manager and everyone at the customer service desk Plus the nice guys That picked it up and delivered it. We went in to look at refrigerators as ours was on its last leg.Jesse, an associate in the area assisted us three times and answering our questions, giving a suggestions, and ultimately in the purchase of a better performing unit than what we had original selected.Delivery is going to be in 3 days which is totally amazing!

Bought a new washer from Lowes, it’s 90 days old, purchased the extended warranty and they won’t fix the washer. They say it’s the manufacturers job and the manufacturers (LG) but their customer service is a nightmare. A washer that doesn’t work in 90 days is a problem, the extended warranty doesn’t even cover it for the first year, and the manufacturer won’t help either and will charge for service call and repair. Don’t buy from Lowe’s and don’t buy the extended warranty it means nothing. It took about 2 hours of phones calls to even get questions answered. It’s such poor customer service

Michelle was very helpful! I was talking out loud looking for something and I didn’t even notice her stocking the shelves— she chimed in and said “they’re right down 27 on your left all the way down the aisle hun”. Whereas Joe avoided eye contact and was no help at all when I was near the windows section and he was standing behind a counter doing nothing. Literally stood there, waved at him, and was clearly wanting his assistance. He just ignored me completely. So rude.

Not enough inventory to fix fallen shingle patch on roof. Inventory needs to improve. I didn't want to spend $50 for tar adhesive when store advertisements showed smaller amounts were available...stock on shelves for small repairs isn't there.
