Great place to get everything from yard fabric to lawn ornaments to painting supplies. They also have lots of sales going usually, and if you know when to look you can get things you need for low prices. They also have events and classes and things running often, so check those out to see if you'd like something to do or need activities for a young one. Staff is always helpful and polite, and the stock is big without making the store feel crowded.As an added benefit the bathrooms do have changing tables, so don't worry about coming here with a baby that might need changed.

On September 1, 2023, I had an awesome experience with Lauren at the Jackson, MI Joann store. I am new to Cricut machines and she was very knowledgeable about the different machines and accessories. She took all the time I needed to help me make the right decision for my needs and I learned so much from her. She is a great asset to your staff!

Is Jo-Ann fabric store is well organized, with very knowledgeable staff. The store is incredibly clean and merchandise is in the correct location. Any questions I might have had in reference to the craft project I am working on could be answered by someone in the store. I also found their selection of modge podge to pay extensive.The restroom was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Other than having huge gaps in the doors... I had zero issues! The water was a perfect temperature and the soap dispenser was full.Checking out was quick and easy. The checkout customer service representative helped me find additional coupons to help cut the cost of the project. Every staff member i interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and appeared. Happy to be there! I highly recommend this Jo-Ann fabrics store for your crafting and sewing needs. They even have a huge sewing machine collection for sale.

I’m starting to be bothered by workers not taking the face mask rules seriously. As this pandemic continues and we are continually told to mask up, I don’t want to shop somewhere that doesn’t take the health and safety of its customers seriously.I snapped a pic when some workers backs were turned because it felt wrong to show their faces, but they were facing towards customers each time I walked by them.Ironically there was a sign reminding us to wear masks right next to them

Clean store and every time I need help finding something, the employees know right where to guide me! The cashier, cashier #823309 went out of her way to save me some $!! I was very impressed. Not only was she very friendly, but looked out for me in a time when every dollar saved means alot! Thank you for that great experience!!

Friendly enough, but this seems to be more of an issue with Joanns policies. You can't use the same coupon on the app, even if it's separate business days. And if you exchange a product that a coupon was used to purchase, you're forced to pay full price. I used to love Joanns for the deals.

The store was clean. They had really nice selections for some stuff and not so much for others. The sections themselves seemed pretty well organized. However, they had baskets and shelves randomly placed in the middle of isles and sections displaying things that didn't quite make sense with their surroundings.They also have a very dark store entrance. The lighting right outside the doors and where the carts are is erie and unwelcoming. We almost didn't stop because it looked closed. They could also use some parking lot lighting.

The entrance was a bit messy, but I was provided great assistance by their associates. I was able to find a 40% off coupon online just before I checked out which really helped.They no longer offer a senior discount (15%), which I've used often.

Staff are willing to help find things, solve problems and save money. Often I feel like I didn't quality for a coupon due to my misreading, but the diligent staff make sure that the coupons are appropriately checked, saved me a lot of money around Christmas. if an item isn't available, they will help order it in for you as well.

They have a really great group of employees from what i can tell. Whenever I go there, i feel welcomed without words and helped without being badgered and interrogated like other craft stores. For someone with anxiety and a lot of creativity, i really appreciated my experience there. People my age (22-30) were especially great to see, and i felt at home which makes me spend waaaaay more lol. Great job, Jackson. What a gem. 💎

I always spend more time here than i plan. I love the easiness in getting coupons and the isles are always easy to manuver. The staff is generally nice when checking out. If I need something though while shopping, it is not always easy to find an associate in the department or that part of the store.

About feeling like you're not wanted in a store. I don't know what was wrong with the cashier that I had but she clearly wasn't having a good day and she made sure that you felt that too. This store might have just lost my business

Great selection of fabrics, beautiful and clean store. The day I went they were busy because there was a one-day-only sale for 15% off your purchase. The reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because the cashier spent way too much time talking to us about downloading the app with a step by step instruction, even after I told her, "that's ok, I never really shop here".....woman in fabric department was very helpful with guiding me through my project, as I was a little unsure about the best way to go about it, I appreciated that.

Decent fabric selection, but actually getting it off the bolt can be hit or miss. Frustrating to request (and pay for!) a certain yardage only to later discover that I've been shortchanged by nearly a foot. (Stranger yet, there was approximately that amount left on the bolt that the employee at the fabric desk tried to charge me full price to add to my order.)I've had staff offer to knock off 50% so they wouldn't have to deal with remnants in the past, but now I wonder how often I've just been overpaying for what I asked for in the first place :/

Good selection at reasonable prices. The staff seems to be friendlier than they were before. I do all types of crafts and sewing, so I go there many times a year. I hope they continue to improve. I am glad they finally got friendly people working there.

It is a large store, but aisles are well labeled. They don't move stuff around so I know right where to go. Seasonal items are always at the front of the store. Raming is professionally done with many options. They have great coupons and deals... a good clearance section. Staff are readily available and have headsets for communication.

Went to get some fleece for a blanket. We get to the store and there was a sign saying they’d reopen at 6pm. We went and passed time until we went back. We started looking at fleece until one of the employees shouted as us from the front of the store saying that the cutting table is closed for the night. How it is that Joann “FABRICS” isn’t going to cut some material. They could have left a note at least to say that the table is closed on door. The employee was rude, we greeted her only to be ignored. There was two employees from what I could see and they both walked to the back of the store and left the front unattended. I’m a consistent shopper there and to be treated so rudely was upsetting.

I do understand what is happening in the world today, and I'm happy we can buy what we can, but by no means should it take 3 days to have someone bag up a few strings of beads, that's it. This is the second time I've ordered curbside pickup and each time it's 3 days to get 1 or 2 items together. M order by 3, pickup by 6. But I like Joann's better. 😶

The store was terribly hot! I couldn't wait to get done and get out. There was only 1 cashier at the registers when I was in line to check out. She was having trouble with something and took far too long before calling for more help. By then, what had just been me in line, was several people deep.

We got exactly what we were looking for. Not 5 stars because my daughter had her service dog with her and the lady at the cutting desk came out from behind the desk moving to talk to and pet the dog. My daughter told her please don't pet and talk to him he's working. The woman went back behind the cutting desk. She cut what we wanted of the fabrics but wasn't as friendly as she had been before.
