When our birth mother passed away in January we came across some treasures our grandmother had made years ago. I took these to the dry cleaners then to I've Been Framed. The professional service and expert help brought these treasures back to life. We are so grateful and are now able to enjoy.

Double Kudos to Bailey! I was attempting to make up a shadow box to honor my brothers Military service. I finally gave up and realized I needed a professional to help me get the desired results. I spoke with Bailey and she knew exactly what I needed. We discussed some of the tribute boxes she had done and settled on what was needed for my project. I picked up the finished product and was blown away by what she was able to do. I would recommend the folks here for any framing or shadow box project you have.

Unbelievable customer service! Do yourself a favor and use this fantastic business for any printing or framing needs. I ran into a printing issue for a baby shower the morning of the shower and struck out at two stores for the same day print request. To say I was stressed is an understatement. Found myself at I’ve Been Framed. Aimee was gracious and reassuring when I explained my situation. She took my flash drive and supplies, said she’d take a look at it, and told me not to worry. Less than 2 hours later Aimee contacted me with the news that my items were ready! It turns out she had an issue with a product I provided for one portion of the project and instead of abandoning that part of the project she found a solution. She even cut out all of the favor tags for me! I’ve Been Framed will receive my business again.

Initially, I wasn't too impressed. Only one person works there, so you have to wait until the customer makes up their mind before you can be waited on. Once they finished up, Bailey was very friendly and extremely helpful.My complaint is that it takes forever to make a frame. I've been waiting over a month, and still no word if it's ready or not. Their so-called "due date" has long passed. A call or text would've been appropriate.Update a month later:As it turned out, it was a breakdown in communication.Aimee, the manager, actually texted me a week after I dropped it off, saying it was ready. For some reason, I never got that text. And, of course, I overreacted.Since that initial visit, I've learned that they go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction.The personalized service and care that they portray is unlike anything you'll find in shops similar to this caliber.This is something that is becoming harder to find. Genuine customer service, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.This was my first time using this shop, but it certainly won't be my last. For the quality of frame that I got, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost.The frame is perfect to go with the picture of my beautiful mother.I would recommend this shop to anyone who has any kind of framing needs.

These people are the best. They are most helpful. Everything I have had framed has looked great. On one occasion there was extra effort in the matting to give a special look. Sure you can get a frwme for a couple of bucks from a mass merchant, but your stuff will not look the same. Come and see these pros.

Aimee and her team are amazing. I highly recommend her work! My son was killed two years ago at the age of 16. He was an amazing person with an amazing life. We built a lot of memories together, our little unit of three, as I used to call us. My husband and I moved downstate last winter, finding a need to leave the UP after losing our son. Packing and unpacking my son’s room was incredibly painful. He was a competitive freestyle skier who amassed a lot of awards and memories in our ski travels. After unpacking the boxes I knew in my heart I couldn’t just tuck away all those memories. I wanted shadow boxes made to commemorate his accomplishments, and his passion in life. Aimee made a house call to see what I had, and see my ideas for box designs. She was friendly, professional and highly competent in her art. She created several beautiful shadow boxes, thoughtfully and artfully. She lovingly created art that will forever give us pleasure, remembering the good times. It prompted me to have artwork framed that my father and sister sketched. My father passed away 13 years ago, but I was able to present my mother with a framed sketch he did, for her Christmas present this year. Thank you Aimee, my new friend, for helping a family deal with loss by creating something beautiful.

This place is great for framing! They took my oil painting on un-stretched canvas and did an amazing job, in a short time (3 days), and at a great price. I will definitely go here from now on instead of the chain stores with the “super coupons”...which really don’t help any because their prices are inflated at those stores.

This store is a one stop for great affordable gifts! The custom frames are expensive, but great quality and worth it, and custom framing is expensive no matter where you go. They have unique fair trade items that are beautiful and ethical! If you haven't stopped in just to shop I recommend you do.

Excellent, friendly customer service! I brought a "frame issue" in that was purchased elsewhere and Aimee helped me fix the problem and didn't charge me anything. I am bringing her more business today! Nice little shop as well.

Aimee did a terrific job framing my heritage pictures of my Grandma and Grandpa's brothers. Both needed a special touch to accent the old style sepia and content. Now they are a special heirloom!

I received a nice, very large, framed picture for Christmas (not from here) and while I was going to hang it, the metal line on the back snapped. I brought it here and they were more than happy to help me with it. I will be coming back.
