I love almost everyone in this place! They are Always full of smiles and information. I don't go anywhere else it's fuel 420 or fuel 420 because everywhere else is kind of trash 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I feel lame as hell complaining cuz I know it was only a $15 oz of shake but the last three times I came out there I WAS SHORTED I bought an ounce of bubba Kush was 5 g, short last week I went out there and got an ounce of Tropicana cherry it was 7 g short then today I went out there and bought another oz of the Tropicana cherry and it was 11.8 g short...... Moral of the story is if you buy a prepackaged Oz make them weigh it!!!!! Kevin Austin

Out standing costumer service but your pre rolls are very dangerous the way they burn and the way they are packed were the cherry part falls out large enough to start a fire quickly like I said outstanding service I like goung thete but I just think it should be looked into

Love this place. I've been to a lot of dispensaries but me and my husband stoped going to any other ones 3 years ago when i started going here. Love it. They are friendly and very helpful and they have the best deals in Michigan. So worth it.

Drove 3 hrs to come here the bud tender was nice and helpful. (Middle age blonde, can't remember her name.) They have the best prices around. Got a free pre roll for being a first time customer as well! The monster x live resin cartridges are good for the price. Definitely won't be going anywhere else.

This place used to be one of the best. Apparently, that gave them the idea that customer service is no longer important, because over the past year, they forgot that it helps if you're STILL making your customers happy. I haven't seen where they're even still trying.

Went in for the deal of the day today 10-24-22 at 4:21 p.m. to buy 1/4 drove down the road and wanted to check what I just purchased out a little better so I opened up my bag to reveal nothing what I just purchased was not in the bag so I returned to the store and very patiently expressed what happened must have been a mistake and told them you should be able to fix this you have cameras you should be able to look at this and i would like to see also after about 3-5 min later I was told that the bartender put my product into the bag and they watched me walk out the door with the bag in hand when asking to see this video that was declined and said that maybe I dropped it in their parking lot and maybe it flew against the fence sometimes it's just bad luck. They say bad luck I say this is just bad business I would hope this would get investigated a little further due to multiple cameras an having to account for ever gram sold to who an by who and what time hopefully some kind of real management sees and correct this issue so it don't happen to anyone else

Ohio needs lessons from stores like this. But they get the grubby paws on the money and won't stay out of business. They control liquor too. That should be good enough, but Noooo. So Ohio will no longer get any money from me. And I've decided that Michigan is a very pretty state. So I will continue the pilgrimage to the 420

Friendly but the budtenders are always pushing product by lying about it and boasting it like it something great then tell you after the fact well yeah mine sucked too but i just delt with it.. tf kind of customer service is that I spend thousands of dollars here and they cant fix something they promoted as powdered sugar thats a solid mass.. unreal.
