Terrible service, employees weren't helpful in any way literally had to find someone on the opposite end of the store ask them to come unlock something so I could look at it. They said it would be a moment and I went back to the section after 5 minutes nobody came over so I left.

I've consistently had outstanding interactions with the staff at this location. They're not only friendly but also genuinely helpful. Items are often reasonably priced or on sale, which is a bonus. Additionally, they provide discounts to Blue Cross members, among others, which is a thoughtful touch. One minor area of improvement could be the tidiness of the shelves; they sometimes get disorganized due to customers browsing. However, overall, Dunham's offers a commendable selection at competitive prices. Highly recommend!

Hubby and I were in Jackson for a Family Reunion this past summer stopped in here for a t-shirt and end up spending a few hundred dollars, yes the store is packed as stated in other reviews but it's because of the variety of thingsto pick from! Wish we had one in Ohio!!!

Long line, one cashier was having a problem with a hunting license. She called over what appeared to be a manager. Young gentleman with long hair. She walked away when he arrived, and he proceeded to say. “ you’re just gonna leave me with this mess.” then started snapping his fingers in the air for her to return. I’m glad that wasn’t my daughter because I was infuriated! Whomever this person is, they need to learn some manners.

The store was well stocked and clean, but not a whole lot of staff. I am sure that's everywhere, though. We did get help from 2 people and they were very nice. Definitely recommend this place for anything sports related. Great prices.

Bought 3 items 2-$80 pairs of shoes plus $170 cornhole set coming to $250 sub total. Flash sale was $70 off my cornhole set, 20% off on 1 pr and 15% off 2nd pr of shoes. Really impressed since I always felt they were a little pricey, but maybe I didn't look for specific items discounted or clearance. I would now recommend this store. Thanks for making me a new customer.

We drove 35 minutes to get a last minute volleyball essential. The website says it is open 11-6 on Sunday and when we got there, all the doors were locked at 5:40. When I called the store to ask if they were open the girl said they knew it was wrong but there was nothing they could do about it and then hung up on me while I was asking a question mid-sentance. Please fix your website and your rude employees - This is why noone shops there in the first place.

We had a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase. There were so many restrictions on the coupon, it took us an extra 20 minutes to find products that were included. The good news is that we were able to get what we needed and get 20% off ($10).The store was a little bit messy and it was tough to find an associate to help out. Nobody was at the counter checking out so we were able to walk right up to the front of the line. The associate didn't say one word to us. Smh

Probably the worst customer service of any sporting goods store I've ever been in. yes they have a lot of sporting equipment, guns and ammo, but good luck finding anyone to help you out. They advertise things online as being in stock and they're not, they show things on sale prices on their website and they're not, basically this store is a giant waste of time.

Place is good at making you think your getting a deal but everything is very over priced there ammo is higher then blains or even meijers, bought a flashlight and they couldn’t find the box for it so gave me a discount I later learned I could have got the same one one eBay with the box and warranty for much less after 10% discount because of no box I paid 90 dollars and could have gotten it for 65 dollars and free shipping if I would have checked online first. If these people want to compete with online retailers they should start with pricing things fair !

Mouth guard defective spent over 150.00 in store and within 2 hours of leaving store I tried to boil the mouth guard and it melted to a ball. Was told dunhams does nothing and does not stand behind what they sell

Says you guys close at 6:00 on Sunday. Walked up to the door at 5:15 and the doors were locked. Change you hours if your going to start closing early or stay open. Made the drive into to twin with the intention of you guys being open for another hour.

Could not find what were looking for, no sales associates to even ask for assistance, one person doing check out with many people in line. Unfortunately we've experienced this before but the gift our grandson wanted was from Dunham's so we tried!!

The staff are not helpful at all. The whole place was disorganized and looked like as if kindergarteners stocked shelves. The employees were more interested in gossiping and goofing off than doing their job. I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. I would give negative stars if it were possible.
