Prices are still great and items are plenty. However lately every time I go in there is an employee blocking entire aisle with cart of merchandise( normal,) but she is on phone entire time as we all struggle to work around her and she is sooo rude.

The store is often cluttered as are most Dollar Tree or Dollar Generals etc. due to the high flow of product they get in, but outside of that they do their best to assist their customers. In my experience the staff that stock the shelves are consistently friendly, and more than willing to move their carts if necessary or reach something for you if asked. The registers are as they are at most places, understaffed, but the cashiers do their best to get you out scanned as quick as they can.

We went there for a few cleaning and basic supplies and it's very far and few in between each other around the area. Stopped in and was pretty much only out of stock on a couple items I was going to buy their such as antibacterial ointment and it waswas Halloween time and they had a good selection of dollar 26 decor and didn't have long lines on their checkout aisles either

Jackson Crossing Dollar Tree is filthy all the time. Its starting to look like Dollar General stores. The store manager Gina doesn't care about the cleanliness of the store and is rude to her employees. That Dollar Tree has gone down hill since Gina took over as manager and cooperate office doesn't care enough to do anything about it. SAD. IT USED TO HAVE NICE FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES AND WAS KEPT CLEAN.

Went in with my daughter who is over 7 months pregnant and while shopping needed to use the restroom. She went to open the customer restroom and it was locked. We asked an employee if it could be unlocked for use and were told no, they no longer allow customers to use the customer bathroom because previous customers would go in and trash it. I then asked if she could use the employee bathroom as it was an emergency and was told no because they could get in trouble. We were told she would have to walk down to and all the way through Best Buy. Not good customer service in my opinion!

I love Dollar Tree and will not let this last experience ruin it for me, but this store was a mess. The worst part though, was the clerk that checked me out. He was pretty rude, and responded to my "Hi" and "Have the best day" with nothing but a scowl. I try not to let that kind of thing get to me, but I felt stupid upon leaving this store.

I'm giving Dollar Tree one star just because I'm so tired of these false advertisements are supposed to be Dollar Store not three dollars $5 stuff change your name if you're going to have some more than what it says as far as advertisement I'm so tired of this

This store was busy but very messy. I've been to two of the three Dollar Tree stores stores in Jackson, MI. The clutter of stock in the aisles seems to be the rule not the exception, but I imagine they are having the same staying challenges as most retail stores. If you're disabled using a wheelchair or a walker good luck getting up and down the aisles that are cluttered with boxes of stock that have yet to be unpacked. Even so, the customers keep coming and the store was busy with Valentine's Day shoppers.

I was in the store today when I saw a large, aggressive breed dog there with a customer. I can’t understand why this would be allowed. The store is small and groceries are sold here. It’s unsafe and unsanitary. I was very uncomfortable.

I adore the Dollar Tree! The employees at this location are friendly & fast. Their seasonal stock is always varied & a good value. So many of their regular items are much cheaper than the other stores and of consistently high quality.

Always fun to go to Dollar 25cent store . Just love the 3liter bottles of cola! Staff are always friendly. But there was no Bug spray. Also this is the biggest store I've been in.

Normally my visits are pretty good. I go in there to get lunch a lot. Service is usually pretty good but today service was slow. There was only one gal on register, one was stocking items, the other was in the back office. I only get 45 minutes for lunch and my patience was running slim the gentleman ahead of me said I could go before him. Granted one customer had quite a few items but still there was a line. Finally the lady from the back office came out to help.

Found everything I was looking for and then some. Made a new friend waiting, and waiting, and waiting in line to check out. Our cashier was extremely apologetic. Told her she was doing fine, not her fault there weren't enough (2, on a Saturday afternoon??) cashiers. My last glimpse of the store showed lines almost to the back of the store.Shout out to cashier Missy for doing her job well and remaining composed and friendly!!

So today I was in the Dollar Tree and I went to check out and the ladies name was missy ..She gave me my total it was 6.35 and for some reason my card wouldnt work ... So she pulled out her card and paud for my things ... Thank you Missy for your generosity and for who you are for other ... You didnt have to do what you did but please know it wont go unrecognized and I hope nothing but good comes back your way 10 fold ... Thank you and god bless ... I came home and called my bank and it wasnt my card it was their machine but non the less I wish Missy A Merry Christmas and Bless you and your family

I always find things I didn't know they had it's well stocked unlike the East Michigan Ave store the shelves are always bear at that location I live on the opposite side of town from the crossing dollar tree but I have to drive there cuz East Michigan store sucks

VERY rude staff. ONE cashier on duty and the line was 10-11 people deep and the line was split into to sections with another 10-11 people in line. (which is ridiculous) Called the manager and she told me I lied, that I didn't wait that long in line. Really? She needs to find a job where she isn't in contact with customers. She's also I liar. I've worked retail for many years and had I ever treated a customer like I was treated(?) I would have lost my job for sure.

Just your everyday typical Dollar Tree. I didn't have a bad experience in here but nothing made me go "WOW". If your looking for something cheap and quick this is the right place. Store appeared clean but nothing memorable regarding the staff.

Great store. They have been changing their hours lately so some people have gotten upset that they weren't open when they thought they should be. Good place to get the Sunday paper for $1.UPDATE: CitPat kept raising the price so I think they stopped carrying the paper.

I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and they were already trying to Usher people up to the checkouts. They even announced that the store across town was open an hour later. That's pretty unusual for this store.

I love the store and everytime me and my mother come there we spent plenty of money but to stand in line like we had to because the manager and the other staff were too busy taking brakes and chatting behind in the office rather than come out and take care of the customers there was at least 10 to 12 people in line which went from the cash register all the way around to the back wall where kitchen utensils are I think that that reflects very poorly on the store and the staff that poor cashier who was all by herself taking care of everybody and attempted to keep a smile on her face to take care of all them people, they finally came out of the office and said oops sorry we were on break I think maybe you need to have a refresher course with the managers and the rest of the staff that when there's a lot of customers in the store they come first you can always finish your break later

My visit at the dollar tree in Jackson Michigan at Jackson crossing mall was unbelievable. Over hearing the manager Gabrielle speak of the incident right infront of customers to a cashier is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. According to Gabrielle a woman was supposedly stealing items out of Dollar Tree. Gabrielle yelled loudly stating that this women had to pay for that. The woman continue to walk out of the store and the manager Gabrielle chases behind this woman endangering her life as well as the customers and employees inside of the store. It is unknown and unclear that the woman stole anything. To be a woman of color and hear the degrading conversation of a woman that shares nearly the same skin tone that I have and be labeled a thief and low life is highly unacceptable.

Sitting infron of the store thar has the gate down but was supposed to be open 15 mins ago. I see at least 4 workers talking by the registers. Ive been watching the lady with the big curly hair telling huge dramatic stories with her hands and whole body moving. She is jumping up to wave at people driving by but yet the gate is still closed....ok ill go somewhere else...

This is my favorite dollar tree in Jackson but everytime i come here there is always 1 lane open and barely any cashiers in there. So we stand in line for a while.

The only pin pad I've seen wrapped in a zip lock bag. That's more disgusting than the though of touching the actual pin pad. No actual carts were in the store.
