I think this would be my 4 or 5th excursion to this store..very addictive...I needed one cleaning product, after spending over $25 I left with 2 bags of unnecessary goodies but was extremely pleased, the cashier was great! We were making each other laugh while she helped me pick out reading glasses.... because obviously I couldn't read the numbers to choose correct ones, I am still shocked about the stocked shelves full of basically anything u could imagine and more..A welcomed new addition to my addictions...

December 27, Wednesday 2023 at 6:15pm. Was in Dollar Tree. Went to go pay for my items. There was 2 cashiers. It was not busy at all . No, one else was even in line.I went to lane 3. The cashier girl rung up my first order, I had 3 separate orders. After the first order , she said "No, I am not ringing up 3 orders. I said but, I need them separately. She then turned to the other cashier in lane 1 told her she was tired of ringing up separate orders and was not going to do it. Did she want to. The other cashier said Yes. She told the other cashier I had a a rude problem. I was nice up until then. Because, it was her that was rude. I said "You should not be working here if you don't want to do your job. Because, you are rude. The other cashier agree with me, quietly. When I went out ,I told the first cashier I was turning her in to management and she said I don't even care, do it. . But, I give very good credit to the other cashier she was very nice and friendly. Belinda Dignard

Sitting in line for 5 minutes behind a lady that had a huge order. When I was finally able to put my stuff on the belt the sales associate who said her name was "Ashley" I'm sure it wasn't. Was so rude. She said I'm closed I gotta go to lunch!!! I told her I've been here for 5 minutes waiting. She said no you weren't!!!!!! Really why would i lie? She gave me such an attitude called me a liar. I had 5 things and I was waiting for 5 minutes and wasn't going to wait on me. She called me a name because I was white!!!! Really!!! How horrible!!! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE. I'M A MANAGER AT A BANK AND I WOULD NEVER TOLERATE MY EMPLOYEES TO ACT IN THIS FASHION. VERY SHAMEFUL. DOLLAR TREE YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WHEN YOU HIRE PEOPLE!!! My wife purchased shower rings that were defective. Attempted to return the items less than 2 minutes after purchasing and was I formed that the store policy is no cash back on returned items, only in store credit. Employee was very understanding of our grievance but could not break company policy.

Its okay needs to be stocked better might be due to lack of staff. Been to bigger locations with more stuff. Staff was nice but wish it was as stocked liked other dollar trees I've been to.

Horrible experience! Picked up a multimeter at Harbor Freight next door, wife went to dollar tree. Once completed, I walked to dollar tree, did a lap around the store and somehow I missed my wife exiting Dollar Tree. So i walk out of the store, get in my car and two brown toothed ladies were making a scene and writing down my license plate. They proceed to accuse me of shoplifting. Long story short, dollar tree employees accuse patrons, swear at innocent people in front of children,call the police without investigating wether a crime actually occurred! Then justifying actions by saying the patron exhibited suspicious behavior not purchasing oncehe entered the premises. Never again. Manager that day was the absolute worst, swearing at us like the white trash she obviously is.

Close to my house but it's terrible. Always stuff piled everywhere and not stocked properly. Takes forever to check out because they only ever have 1 checkout open.

I went to Dollar Tree in Jackson, Michigan tonight for something quick. Unfortunately, it was 8:57 when I entered the store and they close at 9. I work in retail so I had every intention of being out before 9. Upon entering Dominick stated , "We close in three minutes." No problem my purchase will be quick. It might have been 9:00 and 30 seconds when I was approaching the line at the cash register when Dominick left his line to make me aware they were closed. First of all, young man I am a customer in your store. I am heading to the line of customers you left waiting to check out. Second, you young man are RUDE. Third, I left my intended purchase and arrived at my car by 9:02. You young man are rude!! I will be calling your manager.

Had good customer service until this last visit. Never again. Dominick has seen me without a mask 100s of times in the past year and suddenly decided I needed to wear one regardless of the fact that it’s my body and not his.

Love this store. Can beat getting everything for a dollar or less. Went in today and they didn't have the two things I wanted but I walked out with 15 dollars of stuff that I didn't plan on getting. And I'm a tunnel vision shopper. So that's saying something. I love going in there often to see the surprise things they dont get in all the time. Today it was 5 blue ray movies, family size box of cheerios, family sized actual shake and bake parmesan. You never know what you will find in there. Good customer service too.

Every time I go into this store I can most times find what I'm looking for. Because the cost has changed a lot of what was there, is no longer available. I attribute that to the change in vendors.

For the 1st time sincevthis dollar tree has been open, they actually had friendly, decent employees working there. I wasnt going to that dollar tree because all there employees were rude and just not nice ppl. I will go back as long as this dollar tree keeps nice ppl.

Store closed 1 1/2 hrs early on Sun Jan 9th. Clerk said they close early in January. Internet and Store sign doesn't indicate that. I think they closed so they didn't have to wait on customers

If a person has to use the bathroom he or she shouldn't have to go next door to use it that is unfair to the customers what's whole idea of having a store when you can't go to the restroom! It should include a bathroom I can't believe this place no longer has a bathrooms that's not very fair.

It is 4 weeks until Christmas! I was in there today (Nov 24th), and there was more stock on the L- bolts than on the shelves...I walked by an L- bolt and all the card board fell on the floor! I couldn't even pick it up it was stacked so high, it kept falling on the floor which is a hazard to the customers.I seen 3 cashiers, one running a lane, and two out smoking! The store was trashed!! I buy product to donate..just disappointed

Always very friendly and helpful obviously you can't beat the price the biggest issue is you spend more than you plan on because they have so many things that you can use around the house to do crafts, entertain or decorate for special occasions and holidays

A lot of the shelves were empty and only one check out open for a line that blocked 3 isles. Workers were nice and respectful except for one who blew his nose in front of customers and wipped his hands on his pants.

Always a few new interesting finds and also a lot of reliable favorites. Everything is always only $1.00 The staff is great but service is sometimes slow due to large shopping crowds.

Free parking , easy access to and from the main road . A large variety of items to choose from .Great prices and service and the staff is friendly and helpful . Shopped here quite often . Unfortunately there was a fire and they had to temporarily close . Haven't been by the store to see if it has reopened yet .
