I've shopped here since it opened. Always had a fantastic experience, great staff with some great deals. Sadly I'm not going to go there any longer until something is done with Jessica. She's extremely rude, was downright nasty to my special needs child, and is not a good representative for the brand. I'll be taking my issues to corporate regarding her attitude. Not something I normally do, but it was THAT bad.

I usually love this store but the last few mornings I have been there AFTER 8 am when they are supposed to open, they have not been open. Cars waiting in the parking lot and then leaving. It only happens when one certain employee works first shift.

Visited this location for the first time yesterday, and the customer service was a -10 out of 10 for me! The cashier “Liz” had a trifling attitude and as I questioned her about where things in the store were and if they had certain things, she had a disgusting attitude and an ugly look on her face while saying “I don’t know.” I told her her customer service was poor and she proceeded to say “and you’re a poor customer.” while literally throwing my items in the bag! First of all I’m a paying customer, secondly, at that point could’ve reached over the counter and punched her right in her mouth and knocked over all the stuff on that counter but, I actually have class! As a woman who’s been in leadership in 2 PRESTIGE store locations, I know how to properly handle those situations. I asked for the Manager who’s name is “Marie” and she barely even wanted to give me her associates name!! That’s a raggedy team of employees they hired for this location. Won’t be spending my coins here again. Experience was TRASH 🗑

You can tell a new manager took over😭..This store is going down hill fast and looks very trashie and you can’t even move in the store.The old manager was awesome and kept her store organized and clean. I’m sure they will loss a lot of business for sure. I will not ever return to that store,there is 2 other stores not that far away..You need to fix the problem before you lose your customers..

Another dirty and understaffed DG that look like a warzone, with long wait times and unstocked product scattered about the aisles. Further, the exterior grounds are becoming neglected, which makes it an absolute eyesore to an otherwise nice park-like setting. My advice?: Pay a few cents more for quality product, and go down the road to Polly's.

I had heard that these stores are overpriced, but I have not found that to be true at all. Most items are way cheaper. If you only have a few urgent needs, it is just the greatest. Fast, inexpensive, half the distand to the Grocery store, and the staff have been perfect, being super pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. They may be everywhere, but in this case I am grateful.

Don't be fooled by the name, this is not a Dollar Store. You will not find your items for a low low price of a buck at the Dollar General. Instead, some items are priced competitively, others are much more expensive than you would pay if you went to a true Grocery Store. Dollar General is a General store for quick trips at the expense of low prices.

Originally I wasn't happy about it being so close to our neighborhood, but now it has become convenient for stopping for those few items like milk and bread. The workers are helpful and friendly.

I went in looking for the drain sani sticks, the manager knew right were these were. He was awesome. I bought a whole basket of stuff and spent only 15 bucks. This place is great.

No matter what time a day you shop here your greeted at the door with a friendly hello. From the day this store open every employee I have met has been friendly and helpful. Will continue shopping here.

This is a great Dollar General to visit it has many different items to choose from a wide selection of items it's the store is very clean and the employees are super nice best one in Jackson I think

Stuff is always in the Isles hard to get down the aisles nothing has ever in stock and there's ever only one cashier working in the lines take forever to get through do not go there if you need to run in and out
