This place would be convenient if there wasn't product to be put on the shelves and down every single aisle and the employees were more attentive to the customers. They take absolutely forever to check you out. Not convenient at all so if you have to go here make sure you have plenty of time.

I enjoy going to the Dollar general around the corner from my house because of the prices that you can't beat but I really go there because of the people employed there the manager's name is Misty and she's the hardest-working manager I've ever seen bar none! anytime I have a question she'll answer anytime I need help she's there she's always there and I can always go knowing that I'm going to get good service. She has a great staff that works for her and I don't ever have to worry about her that Dollar general being out of any items because it's never happened! the shelves are stocked stores are clean and I'm a happy customer thank u Dollar general!

Since the remodel, it is very cramped and it difficult to find what you’re looking for. There are also a lot of carts and broken down boxes in the middle of a few aisles which make it even more difficult to navigate around the store. Other than that, I’ve been coming here since it was built and it’s very convenient

Dollar general is a growing store as around the US but if you have gone in one you have gone in all of them. They all look the same more or less and have the same products and prices. This particular one is always nice and clean, nothing ever seems to run out and the employees have always been helpful and nice!

Have always enjoyed shopping at this location. It's clean and conveniently located near doctor's office and the high school. Just down from John Gantons retirement homes. Staff is friendly and usually greets you when you enter. Would recommend this store and will continue to shop here.

Dec 1, 2015. Went in to purchase several items. Asked is I could have some empty boxes for xmas wrapping. I Asked employee stocking and she said she couldn't but to ask mgr. Walked from back of store to front for mgr permission. She said she didn't have time to do anything now. All she had to do was tell employee to allow boxes to given out. Great customer service...not.

I went to pick up some chocolate milk and raisins the other day at my favorite store...dollar general of course. Walking in it was humid AF in there and immediately started gushing sweat and I guess some of the previous customers were too because the ground was covered everywhere in puddles of sweat and other bodily fluids. My chocolate milk was hot to the touch and my raisins were turned into prune juice. Got em anyway, wife needs em. As I was checking out I rang the bell and out came a brown looking ooga looga middle eastern cashier. ( I’m middle eastern as well so I can say that). There was so much sweat pouring from his face that as he talked his sweat would land on my lips. And sometimes my mouth would be open so it got on my tounge too. Yuck. My change was moist and my chocolate milk ended up being 2 weeks expired. My wife had to get hit stomach pumped.

The store itself is great usually very clean and stocked well however a certain lady who cashes me out is extremely rude and has no customer service I go in often at least 4-5 times a week sometimes more I have gave her ample time to see if she would have a different attitude I know people have bad days but for some reason this certain lady is just very unpleasant and dont know her job well at all and it's not just me other customers have been around when she has this attitude as if she dont want to be at work and on 3 separate occasions she has had customers wait while texting on her cellphone while I have been in line I have decided if I see her when I walk in I'm just going to leave unfortunately and go to a different location we have plenty around so I'll just get what I need at a different location

Just left the store stood at the checkout for 3 minutes before a lady started yelling for a guy named Ken. A line of 4 people form behind me. She walks up to register 2 and says can I help someone I was there first so I said yeah me standing at register 1 she said don't know what to tell you. Every time I've been in that store had to track someone down to check out. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

You can usually get get in and out of Dollar General quickly. It is definitely the best place to go to get in and out fast and still buy all the items on your list.

The Spring Arbor Road store is my local store. It is always neat, clean and well stocked. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
