I'm not sure if she is an assistant manager and first name is Jody. But she is rude, and I have complained about her before and will continue to do so until something is done about it. I need a pack of cigarettes and the cashier wasn't 18. She called her three times. Jody never answered her. By the forth time she said I'm doing something. And Jody was just by the milk cooler filling milk. There was four people deep in line. I finally said nevermind. Then guess who shows up. She didn't say sorry about that. She never does. I'm not the first person to complain about her something needs to be done She should not be in customer service. She is always running in to people, she never says excuse me. No thank you have a good day. Need someone from headquarters to do something about this.

Horrible store. 3/5 times I have gone there, the credit card machine was down. Twice I had to wait an extra 10 mins while their system rebooted. Went there yesterday morning as it was on the way to my destination (only store on the way that had what I needed) got there 10 mins after "opening" and the doors were still locked. Sat back in the car, debating to call, watched 3 more ppl walk up to the doors, only to return to their cars and leave. I left then also.

Very clean, very organized. This Dollar General has some groceries and even frozen food. Good place to get a few things without having to go into town. Many household goods plus makeup and personal care items.

I know they are a very busy store but more often than not they are out of products even basic ones as if someone isn't ordering the supplies correctly

This new store opened recently and only a mile from my house. I was ecstatic to have a place that was open until 10 pm since everywhere else around here closes at 8 or 9. I frequent the store 4 or 5 times a week. My 3 year old grandson calls it his "dollar toy store". It's always neat, organized, well stocked and staffed with helpful and friendly employees. I would gladly be a spokesperson for the store anytime. Thanks for giving our community a place to go without driving to a large store like Meijer etc. A HUGE AND THANKFUL FAN! Their customer service sticks. I went to get ice they were out. Took them 20 minutes to return my $2.00. the manager even waited on someone else while she was to be helping me. She had total disregard for me.

Store has greatly improved since opening. It's kept clean and well organized, unlike some other DGs in the Jackson area. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Almost feels like a Walgreens. One of the cleanest groceries I've ever shopped at. (Unlike some other dollar generals crouded with product and unorganized).Glad to see the northwest area of Jackson/ Rives Junction/Tompkins finally has a place that nearly has everthing a family needs to make dinner, and it's clean and organized!

They had the sanitizer and the masks right in plain view as you walked in! They may have raised the price but at $1.50 a bottle it was still a good bargain.

This place is easily accessible and easy to shop in.A very simple setup allows you to get in and get out.Customer service was a solid 5/5Employees there are very efficient when tending to customers and getting you out.
