Kind, efficient, and very good Groomers. Worked us right in when we needed. The location is good as well as price.Our Charlie boy had no issues whatsoever. Very easy to get an appointment, and they are very understanding of different circumstances that may arise. For example, I wasn't able to get right back to pick up when our Charlie was finished due to a sick child. They were so kind and understanding; I really appreciated it. The hours if operation are. Good as well.

Groomed my dog for almost 2 years and she then cut my dog with the shaver. She told me she didn’t realize she cut my dog that her husband is the one that told her that he was cut. She apologized for it and told me she didn’t want to charge me because she felt bad. Then told me that if he got an infection that she would pay for the vet bill. I told her accidents happen and that I would still pay. She refused to take my money. I then made another appointment. Then I scheduled another. She never responded to my 2nd request but did the first. I then went into her groomers and asked for another appointment since she refused to return my call for an appointment. She stated she wasn’t going to groom my dog anymore due to the accident of her cutting him. I asked “why did I schedule an appt after the accident and you accepted that appointment but won’t me another?” She gave me an excuse and blamed that my dog continued to roll the day of accident when she was grooming him and how my dog was at fault and she wasn’t going to take him anymore. I confronted her and asked on how would she would schedule an appointment after that accident and then when I tried to make another appointment after that and she wouldn’t take my call. She basically kept repeating herself and wouldn’t give me a direct answer.I confronted her in front of her husband and another employee and she was speechless when I asked why she would allow me to schedule again after the accident and be ok with it but not again after that. Very frustrating as a pet owner and I felt she was very unprofessional that she couldn’t return my call after I called and left 2 messages to schedule an appointment and how I had to personally walk in and ask for an appointment before she had no choice but to talk to me.

Our pups always love going here to get their haircuts and baths! Sherry does a wonderful job and is always so friendly. Her place is immaculate and the self serve pet wash is equipped with everything you need!

My fur baby is very difficult to trim nails. She hates it. They are very very good with her and make it look extremely easy. They are also very reasonable!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I’m very pleased !! We lost our groomer of 8 years, she retired. It was very hard to try someone new. Sherry is very nice and warm, and her skill in grooming is of high quality. Her salon is very clean.

We took our labradoodle puppy to get a hair cut two times now. The first time went okay, however this last time was not ideal. We had noticed something on his ear when he got home that day, but he would not let us touch it. We left it alone after that.After spending one night at the place we board our dog this past weekend, they give your dog a bath before they go home. They informed us that this groomer cut a chunk of his ear off. They spent a long time trying to clean it out.Not only did she cut part of his ear off, she didn’t inform us of this? He is a puppy and and probably not the best there as he is still very young, but really?I would never recommend her to anyone.
