If anyone has a Medicare otc card that has to be used at CVS pharmacy, please be aware that you are paying more for your items with the card. I bought 2 items that said $17.99. when I paid for it, they charged me $22.99 each. When I saw what they did, I told him about it. He said it was because I used the OTC card. If I would have paid any other way, it would have only been $17.99 each. No other place does that. That's just wrong. In other words, CVS discriminates against you if you are on Medicare and have OTC. Also, $5.00 each item I bought is a very large penalty don't you think? I am so upset about this that I changed my insurance to one that doesn't use CVS. I also wrote a letter to Medicare. They don't penalize you if you use a credit card, debit card or a bridge card. I won't give up on this one.

They should limit the type of transaction that they will take through the drive-thruI'm sitting in line for 30 minutes. Watching each car take an average of 5 minutes to go throughI have meds to pick up and it takes me 30 seconds like it should. What are they allowing people to waste everyone's time doing with this?

Yeah, what ever I do legally in my vehicle while in the drive through, I will continue to do if it's easy, woke a cigarette or have a baby crying in the car. I do not care 1 weird word what the rude pharmacy tech (if she's a manager she ya failing and That time her position was apharmacy tech)lol 😆 nice power trip. I cannot express enough the sheer incompetence of the pharmacy. The number of mistakes they have made with my prescriptions is so large I can't even list them all here. My final straw with them was today. I went to pick up 2 prescriptions and was told I already did. They kept insisting I already got them when I did not. I asked to see my signature from picking them up and was told they didn't have one. She told me they were scanned and picked up at 3:57 last Monday. I was at work during that time, so it would've been impossible for me to get them. She said someone must know my name and birthdate and they picked them up. I know of no one who would've done that. I was forced to pay out of pocket for my blood pressure meds.

I've been really happy with this CVS. I had my 2 COVID shots and a booster done at this location. Everyone I encountered was friendly and fast. I fill most of my prescriptions at this location and have been happy with the delivery process (both same day and through mail). My kid and I both had prescriptions called in from urgent care tonight and they filled them super quickly. I was so impressed. The people working were very kind and helped me get my sick kiddo home fast.

I travel a lot in and out of state and this Pharmacy and the other Cvs is in St Joseph Mi are the best I don’t even get this level of satisfaction at the Dearborn location it’s always something considering that I live 10 minutes from the Dearborn location.. I understand that their understaffed at this moment… I’ve been told to pick up a seizure med at the Dearborn location then I go get it no one knows what I’m talking about .. thankfully this location has it …..and they were very courteous filling the prescription .. Thank you

CVS is my family's main pharmacy. Though we love it and their selection of items, they can be quite pricey compared to say Target or Meijer. I like the options for medications on their website and all the things you can do, the same for photos which have always turned out very good with no complaints.

I will say if you don't have an issue and just have the occasional easy to fill prescription this place is GREAT. The convenient drive thru is very nice especially in the winter, hence the 2 stars. However, don't go and have an issue though, it will make you run for hills. The other reviews are right the staff is rude and will rush you if you have an issue that is THEIR fault.My doc sent in 2 easy to fill prescriptions (not even pills but boxes of vials for a nebulizer). They filled one and not the other when I picked it up. I assumed my doc hadn't sent the other yet because she said she had to figure out how to send this particular one. I called my doc a few days later and was told both were sent on the day of my appointment. I called CVS and explained to the rude woman who answered that I didn't get a prescription filled, she asked for my info and immediately said I didn't have any insurance on file. Huh? I've been coming here for years with the SAME exact insurance. Absolutely nothing changed. Why wasn't I notified when I picked up the other script? This meant that I paid full price for the one they did fill and I assumed it was the copay. She said they'd get it filled in a few ours and I said so you do have it and she said yes, it wasn't filled because you didn't have insurance. Wth?! I said the other one was filled with no insurance but for some reason this one (the cheaper one) wasn't. Silence. I just said I'll be there to pick it up later. I understand places drop the ball and make mistakes (we all do) but don't try to cover it and make it seem like it was an insurance issue when you filled the other without it after my insurance magically disappeared from your system. Even though this is my first issue with this place it will be my last. I don't need the attitude on top of the error when I'm not feeling well and I can't keep running back and forward like this. I'm transferring my prescriptions out of here.

I always feel like something is watching me! I just check out at self check out. A customer needed help and she said after I check her out.. what it’s self check out. I was thinking. I scanned my own stuff as she watched. So uncomfortable and so awkward. I am not going to steal anything and why pick me out.. tattoos. I won’t return

I've been using this pharmacy for years and while there have been problems getting scripts filled, it hasn't always been because of the pharmacy or its' workers. For the most part, they're very kind and the regular staff will always do what they can to help make things easier for you. They are very busy, so it's a good idea to call before going there to see if they even have the medication you need filled.

I have no choice but to come here because of insurance. I would much rather go elsewhere. This place never haves enough medication. Basic medication. Many times I have dropped off the scripts and said that I would return back within 4 hours to pick up. Many times I have come to pick up medication and it is not ready. Yesterday I did just that. I dropped off scripts at 11:45 and said that I would return at 4pm to pick up. They said no problem it will be ready. I had 3 scripts. I show up at 4 "promised" time and I was told that they were not ready that they needed another 35mins. That they were still working on the 1pm medication drop off. I was like I dropped it off at 11:45 here it is 4 hours later and they are not ready as "promised" I was told they would put a rush on it. I get a text 2 hours later saying they were ready for pickup. This place is so unorganized the staff is always rude. I just wish my insurance would allow me to go elsewhere. This place is a JOKE!

I am finally getting smart and transferring my prescription somewhere else this has to be the worst Pharmacy ever you wait in line forever they never can get your prescriptions right every month I am arguing with them. I called my doctor to have renewals and my doctor had called in renewals last month but CVS says I need them even my doctor's office that I should be going to a different place to pick up my prescriptions because they do What a horrible horrible place to get your prescriptions filled. And the girls that work in there most of them are very very rude

I wont go back and my CVS card will be cut up. I will let all of my client/patients/friends and family that go here know that they will not exchange your items, they will not assist you properly with your services and they point you in the wrong direction of items and services and runs you in circles. I asked repeatedly for assistance to help find a specific test and have purchased 3 now, all the wrong ones but they will not exchange and at 40 dollars a test, it gets expensive when you need this for your child! This is ridiculous!

In my opinion this pharmacy is not the best. The workers are inconsistent and rude. I always have to jump through unnecessary hoops to get my prescription and they always make me feel as though I’m beneath them.

I come here on my way home after school and I love the people there, they are nice and extremly helpful. I respect all these people that do their jobs well and they are all good coworkers to my mom ( it better than walmart) so all of you people giving one stars are just attention seeking white trash, who have nothing better to do than go give a one star rating to a Cvs Pharmacy.

This rating is only in regards to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, because of insurance we have to go to a CVS. They're really slow at processing prescriptions and there has been multiple occasions where they don't have the medication in stock.

They staff were to busy to help me the selection of razors they have was minimal the prices are high the box of chocolates I bought there had been melted and hardened again it was rock hard and uneatable I was mad cuz I gave it as a gift to my Mom I'll never visit them again

Regarding the Pharmacy. It is either under staffed,overworked or just indifferant to customers,we stand in line and WAIT to be waited on and then it seems they arn't interested, in my judgment their service compared with other medical suppliers is only 2-3 on a scale of 0-10, I am tired and thinking about another source. Their pharmacy hours on weekends are only til 6pm, (which doesn’t make sense since it’s literally a national chain pharmacy), but I got burned twice on that.
