Always great service and super yummy food, and for cooked-to-order, pretty darn fast.Just one odd question that we've noticed often ... why are the napkins usually shoved in the bag in a big messy wad? EVERYTHING else is so neat and tidy. Doesn't deter us from eating here, just a curiosity.Parking: It's a little tight in spots, and a popular place, so just practice patience.

I find Culver’s to be highly variable. The burgers and fries were good here in Jackson, and the food didn’t take long from order to delivery at our table. The Livonia Culver’s is a disaster - I’ve rarely had a good experience with service there. And others we’ve visited are good, but the service is generally slower than other fast food venues.I do like their fish dinners, though!

Two words: Raw PorkI received and bit into a raw pork tenderloin sandwich. I immediately turned around and returned. The employee that greeted me had no idea what to do, and flagged her manager over. The manager proceeded to order a new sandwich "extra crispy" without mentioning that part (I saw it on the receipt later). He never apologized or even said anything to me other than asking what topping I had on it. When it was done he curtly handed it to me and turned away. I have never had bad food or service from Culver's, but I will never be going back to this location. Terrible food and service. Even my refired sandwich was practically burnt this time.

First time coming here and they were so good. The mushrooms Swiss burger was so juicy and savory. I loved it. The cheese curds are good but slightly too salty. We went during the lunch time and order two sandwiches combos and two kids meals and they were quick like ten mins wait.Kid-friendliness: The kids meal comes with scoop of their malt ice cream.

I ordered fish sandwich basket. Fish was good, but the Fries were not good. I asked for fresh fries because my 1st order was cold & they were very hard. 2nd order was better but tasted like they used old oil to fry them in. My husband ordered dbl bacon cheeseburger meal. He says it was good. Not greasy. But the bacon was "thrown" on. More bacon outside the bun than on the burger. Pbly will try them again, but will be alot more watchful when ordering.

I had a nice meal that was served up in a timely manner and by very polite staff. I had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a coke. The restaurant is very clean and well kept up. They served a lot of meals to dine in and drive through customers while I ate. Great job by all. I also was made aware last week at the Jackson Chamber night of distinction that the local owners of this location have donated over $500,000 to local charities and community organizations. That’s amazing! The owner and manger were recognized for their work making this Culver’s location a positive success and experience. Stop by and give them a try.

Haven't had Culver's in over two years. The food here was overcooked . I had cod and could not enjoy it. Husband's burger was burnt also. We were offended when the cashier was complaining about being the only person who could run the register because all the other employees were special needs and couldn't. This woman needs to teach them how to run the register with her guideance and not complain to the customers how many hours she has to work.Won't be back to the Jackson Culver's anytime soon.

Don’t go through the drive thru and customize a burger. They will get your order wrong EVERY time! It’s a good thing I’m not allergic to food.Update 4/26/24: every time I order ahead, yall somehow mess up my order. Food is good but someone needs to pay attention better.

We come to this Culver's once or twice a month when we shop at Sam's Club. We never eat fast food other than here. Fast food has come to the point where it makes us sick because we eat at home 95 percent of the time. But the food here is always great and the service is extremely professional and friendly. I can't speak for all Culver's but this one goes above and beyond fast food quality and great service.

Excellent cod dinner. Perfectly cooked fish. Delicious, creamy coleslaw. I substituted steamed broccoli for French fries at no extra charge. Very good container of tartar sauce. Even a lemon wedge!So much better than a fast food burger joint.Wait staff is friendly and bring your order to the table. They hire challenged employees.My friends had cheese burgers and said they were far superior to the "bag 'n gag" drive thru competition. And the food was served HOT. What a concept!

staff is friendly. manager was cute. the food was good. the last time i ate there the burgers were alil overcooked but this time it was perfect. the place was clean. you cant really see the restaurant its down a side road off of main road. easy to find

My Dad and I stopped in for a quick bit to eat before heading off to the International Speedway. The food was perfect and didn't take long to take our order and get our food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They all had smiles and had a job to do which was great. On the downside the bathrooms were not 100% clean but they may have been due to the large amount of business they had that afternoon. The driveway in and out of the parking lot is very tight and hard to get around without hitting the curb. Other than those two things this is a great place to stop for a bit to eat and quick access to the highway.Parking: The parking lot is big and can hold lots of cars but the entrance is very small. It's almost a one way lane in and out of the parking lot. You definitely need to watch for other cars coming out or in.

Here I am again, a few weeks later and am told I can't get a ranch packet without paying 35 cents. Last time I just paid it and left a review and management commented "please contact us so we can better understand......" What's there to understand??? I get an order of cheese curds, medium, I can't get a free ranch and then when I say to staff at the store I don't want to be charged for one sauce they say ok. Lord I only still come here because the food is good. I hope the cooks haven't got as bad and the front staff.

We got sundaes in the drive-thru. Scrumptious, smooth ice cream with plenty of toppings. I had the Turtle sundae...one scoop!Parking: My sisters and I watched a sand hill crane demolish a car.Kid-friendliness: Great better fast food option. Like the local burger joint.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Easy access!
