My first time to Classy Canine, and I am extremely happy! :) I have 4 dogs, and it can be stressful, but my experience at this salon, made it stress free for both ME and My dogs! Yay!1st, Walter loved, loved, loved the handicap ramp! He needs assistance so this made him feel very independent!2nd, The space and open and having a pack, that was nice not to worry about being crowding.3rd, Morgan took amazing care of all of them, and did a great job with their nail trims! They were happy and not scared at all! :) :)4th, I WILL BE back, price, location, timing, and Morgan all deserve 5 stars!

Morgan knocked it out of the park with my boy Jax! He was in great need of a grooming, and not only did she do a perfect job, but she was able to accommodate us within a couple of days' notice. Perhaps we got lucky there, but I appreciate her effort! We will definitely request her services again. Classy Canine has always provided us exceptional service.

Wow! Just wow! I cannot thank you enough for what Classy Canines has done for Macy! She looks so much better and is so much happier. I am so impressed and grateful to Joey, our groomer! We will be back and highly recommend that people utilise this staff's skill and expertise, not to mention their love of the animals they work on! Macy says a great big thank you too!

I am re-thinking continuing going here . I just picked up my Shih Tzu Lily today and not only did Nicole NOT trim her nails which are very long and sharp, but her shavedown is all uneven , and there's long hairs over one eye. I tip well , this shouldn't be happening. I wanted to mention I am only talking about Nicole, NOT the business owner. I don't want to hurt the business in any way because the owner is great and I do recommend this business, I just do not recommend Nicole.

Nicole is amazing. She's been grooming my female standard poodle for 6 years and didn't even flinch when I got another poodle. She's been grooming him for 8 months and is killing it with all the chaos my duo brings her way 🐩🐩 and allssooo my girl has a auto immune diease that affects her skin. Nicole has done research after research on what is best for her ♡ I appreciate her more than she'll ever know

Worst service ever didn’t do the haircut right left my dog in a cage even though I told them she has separation anxiety and don’t like other dogs my dog was freaking out having a panic attack and now she’s randomly limping I’ll never go back they also left her in a cage with no potty breaks don’t suggest it go anywhere else

Took my 5 month old Doberman for his first time and he did great with Shania. She said he wasn’t even scared of the blow dryer, I believe the environment and energy of the place has a lot to do with him doing so well. Thank you Shania again. Can’t wait till next time. He is so soft and smells so bomb.

My first visit I waited seven weeks due to my own business. I got hung up with a client for a few minutes. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and she told me I was going to have an I mean nasty voice I was gonna have to reschedule for 7 to 8 weeks out never been in a business so disgusting in my entire life, I think the business is disgusting to let anybody like her work there I believe things happen for a reason I will do everything in my power to destroy that place they’re rude

I will be contacting management on Monday. Very unhappy with the service that both my dogs received on Thursday by Kaitlyn. Both dogs ears are horrible, bloody and scabbed up, they have not themselves for the last 3 days. I have had to keep them separated , which I have never had to do before, because they are fighting. The cuts are not good, very uneven. The sanitary area is horrible, both areas are red and irritated. My boys have been miserable since Thursday and I am not a happy dog mom. I have to take them to the vet this week because of their ears, pretty sure they both are infected. NOT HAPPY and for the money we paid this is ridiculous.

Took my geriatric dog to them for the 1st time as our normal groomers couldn't get her in for several weeks, and she needed something asap. Bree took wonderful care of my Lacey. We will definitely be back I'm sure of it.

Been going to classy canine for 2 years now. loved shania but she unfortunately moved. i got moved to another grommer. there was miscommunication the first time and we rescheduled. then the day of the new appt, she cancels again because it’s her only dog and she doesn’t wanna drive 30 minutes . super super upset and will not be going back.

What a disappointment! I called and left a message about getting my dog groomed. Later that day Nicole texted me back...no phone call, just a text. Am I wrong to think that the first communication should be a phone call? After that, texting is fine.I asked a couple of questions about business hours and if they were open on Saturdays. The last question I asked was, how far she was booked out so that I could make an appt. I GOT ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! How rude! That wouldn't happen with a phone call. I guess they don't need my business and I certainly wouldn't take my dog there now. Again, what a disappointment!

Calling and scheduling an appointment went smoothly. Due to last-minute meetings, I was about 30 minutes late to drop-off. When I arrived, I assured the lady at the front desk that I had no problem rescheduling and heading home and I was very quick to apologize for being late. She kept saying "It's fine! No, no, it's really ok!" Now, the last time we brought our dog here, they did a great job and we were able to keep our dogs there until I was able to pick them up after work. This time, however, my wife called me and said "The groomers texted me saying you need to get them before 2 PM"... this was at 1:45 PM. Shortly after, I got a phone call from the groomers and the lady was very rude, asking exactly how soon I'd be there and saying they've been waiting for me to get my dogs for over an hour. I told her I didn't know there was a time to get them by and I was just finishing up another work meeting. She said "Ok thank you" and hung up. I arrived to get my dogs and the lady was there at the front. I told her, again, that I was sorry for being late dropping them off and late picking them up, but that I didn't know they had to be picked up by 2. She ignored that, and asked "How far do you live from here?" I said "That's a random question, but about 10 minutes, why?" She said "Well that's weird because it took you over an hour to get here." I calmly responded with "I will, again, apologize but I did not know about a pickup time and I don't appreciate you being rude to me on the phone and right now." She said "Well next time I'll just simply turn you away. Have a good weekend." The grooming itself was good, as usual. The customer service makes me 100% sure I will not be back here again. Which is a shame because the other ladies seem very nice and helpful.

This was our first experience since relocating to Michigan. The salon is cute and clean. The people are very nice and accommodating.We gave specific directions for cutting our Miniature Schnauzer. Because of our lifestyle, she is not cut in a traditional Schnauzer cut. The final outcome was fairly close to what we wanted. I imagine over time we could refine the cut.My only concern was the fact that our dog was crated when she was done until we got there. Walking in and hearing her crying was very difficult.

Super friendly and affordable. We had adopted a wire haired dachshund that was way overdue for not only a bath but her coat was so long with mats. I showed Shay a picture of what I thought the dog should look like and she nailed it. Couldn't be more pleased and we'll definitely be going here again.

Groomers do a great job. But this place is basically impossible to get ahold of to schedule an appointment. Would be a 5 star review for the company if they had a simpler scheduling process.

I have been taking my dog Bosco to Classy Canine for a few years now. He's about 150 or more. A big love bug! He has been groomed by different groomers there at looks great every time!! I cant say enough good things about them. Always friendly, great with Bosco, and very reasonably priced compared to other groomers who charge more than $100 or more for a big dog like him. Classy canines is the only place I take my pets. I have been going there for years and the staff is very friendly and they do an amazing job. The prices are beyond affordable and I cannot say enough good positive things about this place.
