The staff here are so sweet & helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. (It's also fascinating to learn that this is the oldest operating business in Jackson County!) I can't recommend them enough for all of your floral needs.

I moved to Jackson In October of 2023 and bought a house on Union. This store is absolutely my most favorite thing I see on my daily commutes to and from work. You can tell by the look of the store they take VERY good care of it and your reviews just solidify my assumptions! ❤️

Be aware of "Amanda". My experience with her was horrible She was so arrogant to me and thought it was beneath her to inquire about specific flowers in a bouquet. It resulted in me choosing a different florist. Spent most of the conversation talking about how talented she was with flowers. I've used various florists many times that have outstanding designs, that were courteous, respectful, and "very customer focused", Amanda did not exhibit any of those professional characteristics.

Stopped by on impulse to get a big arrangement for my wife. They were super helpful, and they put the whole arrangement together while I waited. It was only about a 10-15 minute wait, and I left super happy with what they did. I'm not a flower expert, but it was a dozen roses, some lily's......and other stuff haha. They were patient despite my ignorance. Left with something beautiful as well as a smile on my face. Would recommend!

Brown Floral Co. went above and beyond in the quality of the bouquet I requested. I ordered a simple arrangement with a message of condolence to a family member and the arrangement delivered was clearly crafted with care and the loss of a loved one in mind.I don’t live in the area but will absolutely recommend them for all future events big and small. They were fantastic to work with.

Beautiful arrangement! I ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday and accidentally put the wrong date in for delivery. When I called the morning of her birthday, they were able to change it and deliver that same day. Very friendly and helpful. Not the first time I've ordered, and certainly won't be the last! I love that they can provide the customer with a snapshot of the arrangement before it gets delivered so you know exactly what is being sent. I really appreciate that feature--so many other florists just send whatever, and think you won't ever find out what it actually was. Thanks Brown Floral---this is beautiful.

I ordered flowers for somebody 12 days prior to Valentines to beat the rush. I sat all day waiting for some kind of confirmation that the delivery had been made. I called 5 times over the span of several hours only for it to go straight to voicemail every time, with a prompt stating, “we’re too busy to take calls, please come to the store”, in more or less words.Didn’t hear anything by 4:30pm, so I decided to drive to the store because they close at 5:30pm. I asked the workers if I could get the status of my delivery order, but they said there was no way to track if it had been delivered…Took matters into my own hands and went to the delivery address. I found the vase + flowers upside down laying against the front steps. All the water had leaked out onto the card and one of the rose buds had been broken off.To top it off, this address has a large sign taped to the front door that specifically asks for all deliveries to be left at the BACK door.I finally received an email at 7:30pm (2 hours after the store closes) stating the order was successfully HAND DELIVERED. ????Absolutely not worth the $60+ I paid.

Wonderful customer service and beautiful flowers! I have ordered several bouquets for delivery through them - every time I have been happy with my purchase! They are very courteous over the phone and have helped me pick out my purchase to match the occasion without me even having to set foot in the store. I ordered an arrangement for Mother's day to be delivered to my Mom while I was out of town. The delivery was missed on Saturday so I reached out to the company full expecting to get zero response. The bouquet of FRESH flowers was fabulous and my wife absolutely LOVED it!Prior to delivery I received an email indicating that the container I purchased was not available, but they would make sure it was a suitable replacement. Absolutely beautiful place.You can walk into the building, it fills with so many different type of flowers scent. It's so relaxing and the workers there are amazing. They will help you with whatever you need.They are willing to spare their time to call you about certain things, for example. I've completely forgot about labor-weekend, so they called me about rescheduling for pick-up. Made everything works between us.I am simply grateful for their patience and their amazing efforts into arranging the flowers.Absolutely beautiful flowers and fun bonus.. They have a cat! I love seeing the cat in the place.

Flowers were great.. Ordered my Mother flowers for Mother's day, and she loved them. They tried to deliver @ noon, but she was at work. They came back around 5 to deliver again. Brenda at Brown Floral Co was absolutely amazing!! She did all our flowers for our June wedding and I couldn’t have been happier. She did everything from our bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and our ceremony/reception decorations! I went into our initial meeting with my heart set on a certain look and Brenda not only made all my floral dreams come true, but she made them even better than I could’ve even imagined! I order a lot of flowers from various florists around the state. The process with Brown Floral was the the smoothest one I've ever experienced! I placed the order online, received confirmation of order and delivery, and even received a picture of the actual arrangement they created and delivered.
