My groomer Ray, has taken the best care of my two Pomeranians. I know they’re not easy grooms but they never fail to knock it out of the park. I trust them wholeheartedly with my boys and would trust them in the care of anyone else. Their customer service is always above and beyond as they make sure to explain everything and even give helpful suggestions I wouldn’t know on my own. Their passion and care for grooming shows with every client they speak to. I recommend them to everyone who asks. ☺️

I have to go one star here, I have a Great Dane, not fully grown yet. About 90 pounds. Before we booked here I made sure they would be able to lift him up and everything would be good. A woman said “oh yeah, we’ve had way bigger dogs here. So the day of my appointment comes and I drop our dog off. About 30 minutes later I get a call from the girl saying our dog keeps freaking out and won’t get on the table. He was suppose to get a bath and nail trim. They told me I had to pick him up. As they couldn’t do any of the services. I mean, my goodness. Can’t handle a full size dog? Absolutely ridiculous.

Seems like every time I go here I have an issue. They cut my golden doodles hair way too short the last time. This time I show up and they canceled my appointment without telling me. Every time I try to call or schedule I leave voicemails no one returns my calls and takes a week just to get ahold of them if you call everyday.

First, I almost feel reluctant to share my review because I’m scared I won’t be able to get Berry (our golden doodle) booked when needed. Five stars across the board! The customer service we received was stellar! Reagan was extremely friendly and communicated with us perfectly, even going so far as to call mid appointment to ask a question concerning Berry’s grooming. Bre did an excellent job grooming our boy! We had home shaved him because he had become matted and botched it for sure. Bre polished him up like a show dog! And rather than shave him to the skin she took her time to keep as much character and hair as she could for him. So much better than we expected honestly. I’m sad I did not catch the other groomers name because even she paid attention to Berry and us! The facility is open and inviting. I loved seeing Berry looking out the window waiting on us rather than in some back room in a cage. The price is the best I’ve seen, so that’s a bonus as well. We thought we couldn’t be happier and then they gave us a picture of Berry after. Amazing! This is our place for all of Berry’s grooming needs from this day forward! Keep up the awesome, positive atmosphere. Thank you.

We use this bath for our German Sheperd, and he is always received with pet affection. It's easy for us to operate the self service area, and we love the convenience.

I was a first time groomer customer, and so was my dog LeeLoo, so I was leary about leaving her. However, they did everything that I asked for, and treated her well. She didn't seem fearful afterward, so that is a plus in my book.The staff appeared nice, and seemed to truly care about my dog. She smelled and looked gorgeous! I'd recommend them, and I'll be going back!

I had an appointment to get my front end alignment,I watched the 2 mechanics troubleshoot and the I see the mechanic get a long pry bar and a huge hammer and started beating on my new moog upper control arm,after a few minutes the same mechanic told me that I needed a cam and caster kit,so I bought a kit online from moog,my kit came in and they said they only use there product and I needed to set up another appointment .I couldn't wait because I need my truck so I had belle tire do the job for the same price..belle tire said that none of the bolts was even tightened and was missing a nut off of the other one.never again will I take my truck to them to touch....i could have been killed or had killed someone driving my truck not knowing they did shotty work!!!!!!so plz do not take your life!
