Love the products at Aldi just wish they had larger quantities of the Aldi Finds.If your not there the day the items get stocked and be there early , you miss out. I really like they put in some self check outs , not such long wait anymore.

Lots of product and good prices. Generally mostly clean store. Some of the veggies look like they are past date but you get what you pay for and it is a discount store. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will return again.

The produce is horrible, Your prices aren't the lowest anymore, you've joined Meijer and Wal-Mart putting in self check outs. Shelves are empty and the cleanliness of the store isn't good. Used to be my favorite place. 😡

Aldi makes me feel pampered while simultaneously giving me hope for humanity. Healthy fresh delicious, never have to wait, and always less money than I expect. Today I splurged on burnt caramel milk chocolate bar and berrry dark chocolate bars for under 2 dollars each. Kombucha quenched my serious thirst. I leftwith all my favorite yogurts, sourdough loafts, olives and kefir. Can't wait to try the lemon curd! Plus in and out so fast! I never have to worry I'll get hung up and it's not far to walk across the store if I forget something. Aldi gives me hope in humanity because it is reliable and reasonable (hours, prices, options) while also indulgent. Thank you thank you thank you!

We love aldi! So very much!! Would like to see more organic available at the jackson location. Also there are now numerous self check registers. Which means 1 cashier most days. Every single time I'm in there, the self checks are used minimally. People want people serving them.

I shop at Aldis 1x-2x per week and have not had a negative experience until now...I buy their PURE BEING wet canned dog food for my two small dogs.this morning, I found 1" SHARP BONE SHARDS inside while spooning out food to give my dogs. These pointed projectiles could have pierced a throat or stomach!SO BE WARNED! DONT BUY! I tried to find a store number to call and tell them, but there is intentionally no phone listed, not even at the corporate level.I plan to go in to tell the manager

They have installed self check outs. Sorry but I am not an employee so I wait for a cashier at the one regular lane still open. Said she would be right with us and then went sorting through empty boxes and 6 minutes later came back. Stand still for 6 minutes and see how long it seems. I think self checkouts are bad ideas unless you want to make them for 5 or so items maybe.

These folks run a tight ship! Merchandise is orderly and constantly being stocked & condensed. Lines move swiftly even when the carts are towering with contents. People are polite & helpful. The selection is decent & products are quality ( if like me you remember the Aldi from the olden days when it was the bottom tier market, it has changed a lot) and reasonably priced. I can fulfill nearly all my grocery needs here. The only exceptions are certain frivolities that I don't buy very often anyhow.FYI : For the cottage cheese lovers out there who have found the store brands at Meijer, Kroger & Walmart have gone all soupy/watery, to the point of being nearly inedible....Give Aldi's a try. It's not bone dry, but it isn't soup like the other stores. Flavor is great too. If you are frugal like me and use it in lasagna instead of ricotta, it works MUCH better there too!

Employees yelling across the checkouts to talk with each other. Not paying attention to prompts on their computer to finish my order out. Multiple conversations. Found this incredibly unprofessional and annoying.Not saying employees need to be robots, I have worked in that type of store. This was obnoxious, yelling, speaking loudly and overall unnecessary conversation to be having on a sales floor.Cashier was also not at her register when multiple people walked up to check out.

Nice store, I have been reluctant to shop here mostly because I hated having to wait in such a long line, they would typically only have 1 cashier here. Now, this was 10+ years ago maybe things have changed since. I hear they have really good deals on meat & produce and I have learned that they carry these really good dark chocolates with caramel and sea salt that I am willing to take my chance and shop here for them.

Aldi is fun. Their prices are low, and the goods are normally decent, so it's not a huge gamble on non major label products. If you do get something you don't care for, you're not out a ton of cash. Besides, then have a great return policy, should you be inclined to use it. To me, it's not worth the gas to return something for the prices I pay for their goods.Like everywhere else, they're hurting for staff, but they are the best deal in town.

No matter how good their prices are, nor how impressed they are with themselves, a company that has ZERO Customer Support except a website, is waste of my time. I am in a wheelchair and i spent $98.00 there yesterday. I have lost my glasses and can not contact them to see if they found them. The days of "Service with a Smile" are long gone. Now it's if you want Service, pay extra for it. I hope they go out of business.

I like Alldis, but has gotten to the point where it is cheaper to shop at meijer, 10 / 17/ 23 ,official, Aldi has out priced Meijer, not worth shopping there, used to be good, then comparable, now not worth it See, save a lot in jackson, michigan permanently closed because of high prices aldi should be next
