The manager lady Angela keeps firing and hiring new people it's no wonder they are as short staffed as possible. Betsy and Chad could have had a better selection in managers. They keep firing people that could do great things for the business. The guy with dreadlocks now the new guy they had working for like two weeks. That's a shame.

Nothing special but has a good selection of products. Love the fresh food options and the ability to get all your must haves in one place. They are almost always busy, but wait times are short and most staff is friendly and helpful.

Ok, so during the day time, the service is good. After that, there is a crew that is running the show that needs some customer service training. This review probably won't make a difference, but... There is a black lady that works there, she needs to stop talking to the other cashier when they are ringing up a customer. There is a white lady that needs to let go of some attitude and learn customer service. When a customer comes to the counter.... They need service!!!!!

I work here and I find it a little funny with these reviews on here. I know for one we DO NOT in force the masks so I know that lady Christa ley is lying on that one. One employee has a Dr excuse for the no masks. Another we are FORCE to implement the rewards, if we don't we get fired or in trouble!!!! Stop lying on our store. And yes the lady that threw the bag, has been complained on already about the same thing, she is new....

Actually love this place. Floors are not always the cleanest but it’s a convenience store so they get real busy and I understand that but besides that their selections of drink and food are pretty good for a little place. Workers are always cool and seem to be happy to be working. Until I recently moved this was my main store for drinks and snacks

Really fast service. Fully stocked with all your needs. Amazing selections. 711 exclusives are awesome. Whether it be morning coffee, a quick lunch, you can even stop in for a pint, or a beer, I prefer slurpees!

I have no problem being reminded that I needed a mask to enter the store. When employee's are not wearing them thats the problem I have! How are you going to in force masks but not have your own employees wearing them? They are NOT EXEMPT FROM WEARING MASKS EITHER!!!!

Yes this is for jackson mi airport road.. my wife and myself was just there 5 min ago we wasnt rude with the cashier or anthing but once she was done putting our stuff we had paid for in the bag she threw the bag at us.

Prices are high on everything slushy area is usually cluttered and dirty lines always long hard to know where to stand while in line not enough room but the staff are always friendly and helpful
