Great TSC location! Staff was friendly and helpful an knowledgeable about the stores products. They have a little bit of everything from hunting and farming, to automotive like tires and batteries. Very clean and organized.One complaint was the bathrooms weren't very clean. But not enough to lower the review a star. Overall great store and will be back! 👍

Big thank you to Ashley at TSC Ithaca for providing superior customer service. My horse is on a special feed that my local TSC does not stock. I have to call my order in to TSC Customer Solutions team each month. Normally the feed is shipped directly to the farm where my horse is boarded. On my last order, I repeatedly had to correct the CS rep when she kept trying to ship it to my home location. Finally thought she had entered it correctly and placed the order. An hour later I received a call from Ashley at the Ithaca store. The CS rep had scheduled my feed for pick-up at the Ithaca store which is 60 miles away from my home. Thankfully Ashley recognized that something was amiss with the order and called me. After explaining about my call with CS rep to her, Ashley promptly said she would box up the feed and ship to the farm that day. That is what great customer service is about. THANK YOU ASHLEY!

I called the store ahead of time to see if they had what I needed in stock. They had my order all ready for me by the time I got there. I have never had any trouble at any of these stores when I ask for a carryout. If they don't have what your looking for in stock they are happy to call their other stores to see if they do. I like the way their store is lad out. When you need to get in and out fast you know where to look and be on your way back to the farm. Keep up the good work. They know their stuff when you don't know what to buy.

What an amazing experience I had at TSC today...the staff was amazing, the selection and outlay we're more than expected. The sales associate I had helping me, her name was Christie, went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed. That included loading up my purchase with me. Can't say enough about how awesome she was at helping me. Will definitely be back.

Our son purchased a Cub Cadet mower today online with curbside pick-up and it was the easiest, most friendly purchase. Brad was who we dealt with and he went above and beyond GREAT customer service. Went through the mower with him, brought extra oil and filters out to the parking lot and purchased everything with ease. Wonderful transaction, outstanding customer service and highly recommended. Very happy customers!

We were there last week Monday. We had lost two tires on our trailer and hubs. Limp our way to tractor supply and Brian the store supervisor was very helpful in getting us back on the road. Had a forklifts that lifted the trailer up and helped us get new tires and hubs on. Joland was also very helpful in getting the work done. Really appreciate them going out of their way to help us. . Brian even went out that evening and found one of the tires. Our snowmobile trip would have been ruined if not for two fine persons. Corporate should reward these two great employees.Richard AndersonPs Joland drove two Alma to the store there to get the hubs.

Driving on 127N and our boat trailer tire exploded near the E. Washington exit in Ithaca. Brad and Becca provided EXCELLENT customer service! We cannot say enough about these two individuals.They were more conscientious of our welfare than anything else. Offering to assist us in securing the boat in the lot due to no trailer tires being available in the size we needed. Brad checked with many tire providers in the area and most were closed. We were treated like family and we very much appreciate that! THANK YOU Brad & Becca!!Keep up the good work!! David & Candee
