1st review] 5 stars Loved the store until they hired a new clerk! New clerk seem to be very gender divisive in the way she interacts with me every time I have her help me. Stupid comments like, "You'd like a man to wait on you right?" or little to no product knowledge or there where a bouts. She has a real attitude problem. I will avoid shopping there when I know she is clerking! I give the store a 1 star rating when she is there.2nd review] Swung by Ithaca Self Serve Lumber the other day for some salt and when I saw the Maroon mini van which belongs to the new clerk I drove to Tractor Supply instead!I will do more business else where when she is there!

Excellent service here. I don't have a wealth of knowledge on anything home repair, but they always help me find what exactly what need. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have my business before the big box stores.

I frequently shop self serve lumber. The staff is helpful and friendly. They usually have what I'm looking for at a competitive price. If your in the need for lumber,hardware, plumbing, electrical or so many other home improvement type goods they are a good place to check out.
