This review was created after I took 30 minutes to evaluate the situation and attempt to separate myself from it. Time didn't work to soothe my agitation.This pharmacy is run by very inept people. Scathing personal attacks aside - I genuinely mean this. I will not have my prescriptions filled by these folks ever again because their grasp of reality is skewed in such a way that I have little confidence they can perform the task of reading a prescription, then reading the pill bottle - then loading a separate pill bottle.Initially, these folks refused to fill a 90 day prescription because 'I have tried to tell my boss we still make money on it, and we will have to see what he says'.WTAH? Really?Thanks rite aid for being another layer between my doctor and I and for your wisdom in determining the nature of my medication based on your profit margins.Secondly, these slow-witted clucking hens could not perceive the idea that although we had cancelled our recurring prescriptions with them, but still needed this obviously emergency medication to be filled ASAP. I spoke with a pharmacist (presumably) about the need, and was told to come back in 15 minutes. I left, came back and DING DING! They wouldn't fill one of two prescriptions because of the note (previously discussed) on the account about recurring prescriptions.I have neither the time nor the bandwidth to deal with this level of incompetency, ignorance, or apathy.I am not a stubborn or unforgiving person, but I am now driving ~12 times longer to go to another pharmacy - but I would drive longer, wait longer, and pay more for some degree of professionalism and a hint at competence.

I'm done. Only game in town and it's unfortunate. the pharmacist treats me like I'm something stuck in his shoe.Called prescriptions in yesterday early morning to be picked up this morning and I was an inconvenience and they still weren't ready.Sure do miss Kendall's. I'll find some place that treats customers better.

Just called to make sure they have at home covid tests available before I waste my time going up there. The lady who answered was so rude. Answered with a total attitude and then hung right up on me without saying anything else or letting me say anything. I understand that they probably get that question a hundred times a day but that doesn't change the fact that I NEEDED MY QUESTION ANSWERED. She needs to check herself.

Went to Ithaca when Alma screwed everything up....the manager in Ithaca is awesome.....fixed it in no time....thanks...(I think Jeff) pharm manager😁

Won't go there again. I was there today and the lady working up front at the register is sick. She did nothing but cough while I was in the store and was also sniffing alot and all this with no mask. Something should be done about that. I'm not talking a little cough I'm talking about a big bad frog in throat kinda cough.
