Snarky owner. My golden-doodle went in and they completely shaved him even though we said we wanted him longer. The only thing they didn’t shave down was his pubic area, which is also the only part we requested to be shorter. They even cut his gorgeous eyelashes. Never going back.

I called Paw-rific Pet Grooming and within 3 hours they got us in with 2 massive huskies that were skunked and blowing their coat. The customer service, quality, and expertise of this business makes it a treasure for the community!

Love this grooming shop and highly recommend!! Owner is extremely knowledgeable with 40+ yrs of experience. We have 2 standard poodles who are groomed every 5-7 weeks. We've been working with them since they've opened. They also have a great line on USA made dog toys that are indestructible!

Nothing was really available for awhile where I am at, so I decided to take the chance and go here. They got me in on the same day I called and the staff is super friendly. Paw-rific did exactly what I asked for and went above what I expected. Daryl did an absolutely amazing job and took his time to get my baby groomed despite some difficulties in the end. I highly recommend this place.

When I got my labradoodle home I realized she not only had a gash on her leg but also a cut on her ear and a toenail that was cut way too short. She has opened up the gash and toenail. My house looked like there was a massacre. I'm afraid it's going to get infected because it keeps reopening I'm taking her to the vet.

They are fantastic. Always able to sneak us in. My dog got sprayed by a skunk early on a Saturday morning, without question they took him first thing. So grateful for these ladies! They are great with my dog (he gets very nervous when his nails are trimmed), plus he always looks so cute with the bandanna after a bath!

I was on vacation and my dog had needs. I found Pawrific through Google maps and I couldn't have been more happy! She was a wonderful lady and wow did she take care of business quickly. It's terribly unfortunate that she isn't in my neighborhood. Definitely satisfied!

They are so friendly and caring. My puppy needs special help because of her hips and they have a sling to put her in to help keep her off her feet, while Grooming. They also put little things in their hair to make them cuter. Love this place .

I never thought I’d have to write a negative review for a business, but here i am. This is SO important to me because the other reviews on google and yelp do not reflect Pawrific in Ishpeming accurately and people NEED to know the TRUTH!! I’m so devastated to have taken my dog to Pawrific. I moved to Michigan and searched around for over two months trying to find a groomer i felt i could trust! And I feel lied to! Their reviews here on google and on yelp, and their statements on their website really made me believe my dog would be safe in their care. But NO, i was so wrong! This owner is abusive! There is a hidden YELP review I didn’t see until way too late…also stating this place/owner is abusive to your pets. My sweet baby came home to me in PAIN. He was ABUSED in their care at Pawrific and I am so devastated. My dog couldn’t even jump onto his little bed without YELPING. he is small, no more than 15 pounds, and his little neck is severely swollen. I’m crying because he’s so sore. He trusted me and I feel like I failed him. I trusted pawrific…I trusted he would be safe with them, but he wasn’t. He must have been In Pain and yelping the whole time…over 3.5 hours. I’m so disgusted. I blame myself too, because it was the third time he came home with a sore body AFTER his grooming appointment, but i kept giving Pawrific the benefit of the doubt, which was such a huge mistake on my part, because this last time was beyond OBVIOUS he was abused by them. Pawrific—Please Don’t have a dog grooming business if you don’t actually care about the service you’re providing and treating animals with kindness. I don’t even know how you would justify yourself for doing this?! if you think dogs are difficult—turn people away—instead of hurting the innocent animals. I PAID you full price plus high % tips for abusing my baby!!! I’m NEVER ever taking my dog to this place again. Sickening. Heartbroken. Devastated. DO BETTER, pawrific…My sweet baby didn’t deserve this.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the groomers and staff at PAWRIFIC grooming salon in ishpeming, MI. Our male cocker spaniel that we rescued Friday needed a shave badly due to mattes all over him, long overdue hair and his long toenails the poor boy had to live with. I called them and they were nice enough to fit him into their busy schedule the same day because this was an emergency that he needed ASAP! They made sure they were gentle with him as he is mostly blind and a senior. I can’t recommend them enough for this wonderful service they did for our new boy, they are wonderful.

What a cool place to take your dogs and cats for a nail trimming and the owner is fantastic. She is great w your pets and even has her own pet there, and a beautiful puppy Chinese kresant min poodle mix..chesapoo? So Adorable well behaved. Wanted to buy her puppy!!

Very friendly staff. They asked lots of questions to make sure they got to know my dog and make sure I was highly satisfied with his cut. My dog is always anxious about the groomers and he was very calm and happy walking out of there.

Wow!! The people Paw ETC. Really know what they R talking about... 🐈🐦, 🐕... They've got a Wonderful Assortment of Everything from collars to the most Pet-Enticing Toys I've seen... Have seen their Equal at Mare-Z-D'Oats.... But other than that ... No... Plus they let me leave my kitty in his pet carrier inside their building while I cashed my check...& They explained the Real Problem the Poor Boy was having... Too heavy to reach his back to groom his back... Gave me 2 options...very kind throughout the whole appointment... There is a handicapped parking spot... & Extra Parking in the back... What a wonderful experience!!!
