Store has good prices but their return policies are terrible. Paid cash for Bluetooth headphones and they wouldn't connect to any of my devices. Tried to return for a refund with original receipt. Told wouldn't give cash back because product was open. I didn't really know they didn't work until I opened them. Was told could give gift card or exchange for same item. Didn't want same item bc evidentially the quality wasn't what I thought they would be. I had returned them within 10 days of purchase. Also bought hand can opener from there same day and it wouldn't work after about opening 3 cans. Was told couldn't give cash back bbc didn't keep piece of cardboard they were attached to when purchased. Since they didn't work I didn't see why packaging was important unless they planned on putting back on shelf for someone else to purchase. I shop there 10 times a month on avg and these return policies have made me think twice about going back. Company does not stand behind products they sell. I hate shopping Walmart, but at least they stand behind there products and give refunds when the products don't work or break.

Staff is friendly. I feel that family dollar brand is better then dollar general brand so I come here to buy diapers when I can't make it to marquette haven't had a bad experience with this store.

I like the store but they only have 1 person on cash register at all times even if there is 10 people in line. And there is 2 other workers just stocking shelfs you think they would stop to get the flow going at the register to move customers thru. But no they never ever have 2 people on the register . I have seen people walk out. You guys need to step up your game since a dollar General moved into town.

Cashier was polite, curtious, & efficient. But family dollar chips are bland and all busted up. I'll not buy your brand again until you address and fix the poor quality and lack of taste on these chips

My son was in the store to get an energy drink and the cashier was way out of her place. She went above and beyond rude!
