I don't know the cashier's name but she is very rude. A customer walked up to the register and that cashier walked away just to go over to another counter and lean up against it and start drinking her McDonald's drink. Another customer walked up to her and asked if she was on a lunch break. The cashier rudely said no and went on drinking her drink. This isn't the only thing that is wrong with this place. There is so many people sitting around not doing anything. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help, or asked how I was doing. It's crazy how this store stays open with how many people get paid for doing nothing and having a cashier be rude to everyone. I went into this store two days consecutively and it was the same both days. I will not shop here again, I'll drive further to just avoid this place and get better service.

Ordered a funnel from them was supposed to be contacted when it came in. I wasn't so I called, the man on the phone was rude and asked if I want it polished. I told him no I was just supposed to be notified when it arrived. Will not be shopping here again.

Friendly and helpful folks working there. Drove in from a cabin where a was removing a gas stove and replacing with a wood burning one. Needed a few reducers for the pipe and related items. Successfully installed. Will go back.

I rented a truck from them and I can't believe how wonderful they are. When I brought the truck back I needed a ride to the car dealer and they gave me a ride! Really nice people.

They're friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit higher than the bigger chain stores, being that they're smaller and don't have the volume of sales that someplace like menards would and at least we don't have to drive all the way to Marquette for a quick tool/part or paint.

Nice to have a place that is close to home if you live in Ishpeming. However they are pretty pricey for most things. If you need more then just one thing you're better off spending the gas money to drive into Marquette.

If you know me personally, this is really out of my comfort zone. I try my very best to give people the benefit of the doubt and see their side of things but I am absolutely heartbroken with my recent experience at Ace Hardware of Ishpeming.Unfortunately they messed up a very important package of mine and it resulted in me losing $435, our Christmas money for this year. The owner’s son admitted to me that they were at fault, they made the mistake.. but the owner chose not to acknowledge the wrongdoing and make things right. I just don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.. If you value your money and want to do business with honest people, please go elsewhere.

Probably the laziest group of workers I've ever seen. I tried to find a 4" hose clamp and the worker wouldn't leave where he was standing and talking to another worker about their social lives. Even after asking twice....
