Brought my grandchild for gym shoes. Was met at the door by Mitchell who gave us coupons. Ended up with $15 off our purchase. Huge selection, and Mitchell worked very well with a child. The store had a pool set up outside with rubber ducks for kids to pick for a prize (it was free to do). We were offered water or pop while we shopped. Nice sock selection too and open on Sunday. I'll be back I'm glad they are in Ironwood.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at shoe sensation. When I walked in, I didn't see an employee so I started looking around and wasn't sure about finding what I needed. Then am employee came up to me and greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked if she could help me. I was so pleased with her kindness and making me feel so important. She showed me a number of tenners and explained how she thought the quality was good. After trying on several pairs, I choose 3 of the same brand but different colors. Later that day I went walking at the indoor track with my siblings and my feet were happy. Lol. So thank you for training your employee for doing an excellent job to supply my needs. She is wonderful 👍

Holly is absolutely awesome at her job! She was very helpful and listened to my concerns and accommodated all my needs! She did not have the shoes I picked out in my size, but was very quick to order them for me. I will definitely keep buying shoes through her!

I was looking online for a restaurant boot that was comfortable and was having no luck, I called Shoe Sensation and a work by the name of Mich answered the phone instead of saying that he was sorry that he couldn't help me no, he stayed on the phone with me as we both where looking online together to help me find that perfect boot, he even went as for as to make sure to ask the appropriate questions to the correct people to get my answers even after we had already hung up the phone and promptly called me back with the information that I needed. Mich you went above and beyond for me, thank you so much for all the hard work that you do, continue to grow, rise, and shine, continue to be the better person than you where yesterday.
