I sent my dirty filthy dog there, the day before I was heading to 4 day, 8 show dog show. I can't believe how perfect she looked when I picked her up. They groomed exactly like I asked them to. She looked stunning. I highly recommend them. My girl placed 7 out of 8 shows and finished her championship. Thanks in part to their great grooming..

After a struggle of only getting 3 nails trimmed off my dog, Bogie's, nails, they came to the rescue and fit him in for an early appt to finish the job. They are able to take care of him in 5 mins. Very grateful for Puppy Parlor.

Puppy Parlor is wonderful! Meg (Megan) is a great groomer. And she was so attentive to Isaac and his needs; as well as giving us a tour of the facility. I was very comfortable leaving Isaac there for his first time with a new groomer. I highly recommend Puppy Parlor 🐶

I was very pleased with my experience at the Puppy Parlor. I took my 11.5 year old large sized English Setter in for a wash, hair cut, and nail trim. I talked with the groomer/stylist about how I wanted I wanted the hair cut, the feathers on the front legs trimmed, and the tail uncut. The haircut was perfect! My Setter looked years younger. The entire process took less than three hours. The price was extremely reasonable for such a large dog. When my dog was brought out he was wearing a neck tie instead of the usual bandana; a nice touch for an English Setter. I was completely satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff. I plan to make the Puppy Parlor the place for my dogs grooming needs in the future.

In my opinion this is the best choice in the ironwood area. I have lived here for 2 years and they have kept my pup looking very neat and clean. We kept monthly appointments. It is on the pricey side but the professionalism and spot on look of the cut each time is worth it.

Friendly, professional service. They tend to keep your pet with the same groomer for continuity, but the rest also treat your pet as family. Although they listen to your requests and concerns, they will also give suggestions to keep your pet looking good. My pet always hates to leave as they treat him so well.

Absolute excellence - The personal attention toward both me, and my favorite little buddy, the friendly demeanor, welcoming atmosphere, and of course the quality of work done.They treat your pet the way you want them to be treated. My dog looked incredibly amazing - shiny, clean, beautiful coat... I almost didn't recognize him.The price was extremely reasonable, and I'll certainly be returning. Would recommend Puppy Parlor in a heartbeat.

Brought my dog Gus here for the first time today. His first grooming experience. He's what I'd call a Velcro dog (Always stuck to my side, not a fan of strangers). He came out with his tail wagging, and looking great. Great service, great staff. 😁👍

This is the best grooming center I've ever taken my dog to. I've been to many grooming places is multiple states around the US. And this one is the most personable one with some of the best pricing I've seen. They returned my dog to me the cleanest I've ever seen him and it was wonderful. I'm so glad this place is here.

Friends have had issues with their dogs here. Stuff in their eyes and eyes won't open for a few days. Price changes and not standard amount......last time it was excessively high averaging almost $90 a dog! They are looking for a new groomer - the excessive grooming charge really cut into their retirement budget this time. Time for a change. Also, a friend took their dog in who lived in Illinois. charged the visit of $60 because they were from out of the area. Ask before you take your dog in how much and agree to that amount only.

The Puppy Paws has been our dogs groomers for many years and the ladies who work there treat the dogs as if they were their own and do a great job grooming the long haired kids. One of our dogs has a problem medically and it was from the gal who does him to point out something was wrong. Right away we took him to the Vet and found out he has an auto immune deficiency so thankful she saw the problem before it got worse. I value their business 100% and not knowing what it takes to groom dogs or how time consuming it is with the long hair I appreciate all they have done and do for the dogs. Not long ago I was mad about something and almost got kicked out - my fault totally because I did not know all of the facts of the situation. Totally due to someone not doing their job here at home with the weekly grooming which I was not aware was not happening because it is not my job to do the brushing (I don't do it right - lol). The ladies are all awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are honest, dependable and go beyond what is needed even when I was not such a nice person and mad which was uncalled for on my part. Should have asked questions before assuming.
