Val does an amazing job. She spends time learning about the specifics of how to groom your breed correctly so that they look their best. She also pays close attention to how the dogs are reacting during their grooming session; if they need a break she’ll give them a break, if they need love / reassurance she’ll give them that love. I know my dogs are in safe and loving hands anytime Val is grooming them. And she takes time to teach me too! My dogs love her and get excited for a spa day with Auntie Val!

I went to Poodle and Jacks on two separate occasions. On both times, the boys were met with super-friendly staff, a little play time that had tails wagging, and they looked great when I picked them up. The staff are very caring and obviously love dogs. The facility is so open and attractive and has state of the art equipment. We can't wait for our next appointment!

Our dog really, really does not like being groomed. Working with him takes an extreme amount of patience and Poodle and Jack’s gives him all the time and attention he needs. He’s also an extreme barker and other groomers have not wanted to work on him because of that. The last time I got him from Poodle and Jack’s he was calmly waiting for me - no barking at all. He loves going here and so do his pet parents.

Val is an awesome groomer, my dog is a very nervous dog but she took to Val very easily, Val is very caring in taking care of her and its such a peace of mind knowing my Sophie is in good and caring hands..she even got a Christmas gift..I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
