CJ has been such a great help in finding the right right product last visit and his friendly smile leaves you happy. Today, James made great fun out of picking just the right medicine for my MS.Thanks James and CJ! The lobby was filling up as we checked in. There is plenty of people gazing and cannabis menu glancing but the real treat is behind the locked doors! Once your name is called you enter the room of marijauna magic and education. Blessed with Tamara G. as our Bud-Dab Tender, we experienced all the best Higher Love has to offer.First, she showed us their best flowers under her "dope scope", a light and magnifying 🔎 glass that fit over the top of the jars so you see the terpenes glisten! That also means you are able to catch the unique smells as they waft under the scope!Second. Tamara G. will answer all your questions for as long as you like. She truly understands the need for proper education about the plant, manufacturing of concentrates, storage, usage, etc and delights in sharing her knowledge. She gives you time to ask your questions and listens to understand your excitement, symptoms or effects you are seeking. Even if the lobby is packed when you enter the sales area, you are not rushed. She emphasized that each customer has their time to ask questions.Third. She's funny af. 😁 I miss you as a tender!We are bringing a newbie next month and I would love to schedule his first visit with her if that was ever an option!UPDATE Brought 2 new people who had a great time then had Pasties at Rigoni's- also amazing!PRODUCTS & PRICESNext were the amazing prices on all products from topicals to flowers and dabs. Pictures of products are hard to come by since we consumed it all while camping 🏕 in the beautiful UP. Best thing is to head up there and try it out for yourself. We did have a 30 min Mango Hashplant preroll joint that was outstanding! Prices on flower and dab were very fair and the effects were awesome!Medical Patient? Decided to check out the closest dispensary to the Twin Cities, wasn't disappointed. The quality of their in-house brand is excellent, and affordable. It surpassed my expectations, which is rare for me. The budtenders and service in general were also great here. I'll drive 8 hours round trip again at some point, I'm sure. A well earned 5 stars.

Absolutely great dispensary with knowledgeable staff. The only reason I only gave them a four star is we had a group of 3 and they only let two people in together so she had to wait in the car. I understand there's probably rules so even that I understand. I would definitely recommend.

Great selection and prices. Bud tenders are always knowledgeable. Dario served us on our last visit, he was fantastic! He was friendly, fast, and had great recommendations, but didn’t try to push any products on us. A+ all around, thank for making the purchasing process a delight!

We've been coming here for years. When they were in their old building, everything was great. Now, picking up an online order is such a mess. You have to go in the store, wait in line with everyone else, sit in the waiting area (despite confirmation ahead of time that your order is ready for pick up). If you don't have over 2 hours of your life to waste on something that should take ten minutes to pick up, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are other places in town opening and at this rate they're going to put Higher Love out of business. I'd rather pay the slightly higher prices and not waste a half of my day.In the picture attached, this is their list of everyone waiting for their "ready for pick up" online orders. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. UNTIL THEY FIGURE OUT A NEW PICK UP SYSTEM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Here's a million dollar idea, take the old building (that is right next door and still standing) and turn into a pickup location. Almost everyone in the waiting room is waiting on a pick up order. Give them another place to do that to save everyone time because this is ridiculous..

Great staff, good selection of flower and pre rolls. Did feel a little rushed and like I was asking to many questions though. Not easy to shop around. Highly recommend to look at their printouts while you wait to go back to choose what you want. Great quality. Not sure if it's just standard tax but their taxes were 20$ total for 130$ in product. Super cute and welcoming lobby to sit and wait in. Was pretty busy when I went but got in the back after maybe 10min when they told us 20min. Good experience all around. Will return my next trip out that way!

It was my 1st experience, my budtender Nate was AWESOME!! He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Super funny. I had a great time. Can't wait to go back. Go check it out. I use to think this was a good shop. However today was the third time in less than 5 months I have gone in to pickup an order and I had to leave empty handed. Then as an added insult when I called to ask about my order they picked up and immediately hung up on me. If my business isn't wanted just say so instead of wasting my time and my money.

New location is up and the place is nice. The staff is always friendly and relaxed. Selection is good. The new wait room is comfy with big chairs and bright windows.The sales area is wide open and brightly lit with ATM access. Expanded parking is a huge plus.

Service is extremely slow and unorganized, especially compared to the competition down the street. It's literally so slow you can put in and pick up 10 orders from rize in the time higher love is ready. Ever since they opened service times have been extremely long. I was hoping with the new building they would figure it out but they still are as slow as ever. They do not offer any deals outside the norm they stand out in no way other then the extremely long wait times. Management needs help!!! On the good side I will say they are very clean have competitive prices and customer service is always on point.

Not sure why this place has such high ratings. I opted to go here for the first time in lieu of the other ironwood dispensary I’ve been going to for a couple years. They had some good sales. I placed an order at 11:49am and it estimated a wait of from 90-120 mins. I walked in around 3:00pm and waited in line. The people in line in front of me that had ordered at noon were able to cancel their order and go back to have it packed by an “expedited” picker. I apparently didn’t have that option? They told me to come back in a hour. Finally got an email at 4pm saying it was ready. Just another short 20 mins (so far) wait to sit curbside. They said they were just extremely busy with the holiday weekend but friends who have been here previously had the same experience. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you don’t have a spare 6 hours.
