UPDATE: The manager called to apologize and confirm that the associate who refused our exchange was 100% wrong. He did apologize, offered a refund and another bag of food. I appreciated the apology but sadly the damage has been done.Bought a $60 bag of dog food on a Wednesday, got home and noticed it had been torn open and taped up. Didn’t like that so tried to do an EVEN EXCHANGE (with receipt) on Friday (2 days later) but they refused, despite company policy which is satisfaction guaranteed for refunds/exchanges within 30 days (verified with corporate customer service). This store has just lost our business. Maybe it won’t matter to them but in a town this small, I would think every sale counts.

Temperature was perfect. Clean, helpful staff. Entire visit was smoothe. I will be back. I also learned I can bath my dog there with all the products provided to me. This service is priceless to me. I have lrg dogs.

Expensive. Was looking for boots, but they, of course, didn't have my size. Plus, they were $75!! Ended up going to ACE and getting some for only $39. Ya'll need to learn this is a poor community! We can't afford these expensive prices!

Affordable pricing on a lot of items. It's nice to see ACE get some competition for once. TSC is a great addition to Iron River and we are happy they are here.
