It's always frustrating. It never feels inviting. Managers just ignore you when you ask a question. I guess they are too important? Thankfully there are a couple good shelf stockers that are willing to help. A business is only as good as its leaders.

I think I said this before. I tried very hard not to like Super One because I was totally loyal to Angeli's and was very upset when I found out they were selling. However after the initial change-over confusion I find Super One to be everything that Angeli's was and more. The people are friendly and helpful. The store is very well stocked and clean.

This corporate family owned chain with many stores in Northern Wisconsin and Northern U.P, and many in N. Minnesota.Its HQ is in Duluth MN, only 200 miles from Iron River and store in Iron Mountain.Though some miss Angelis market, that store and offerings were lacking in today’s consumer needs.

This Super One Foods grocery store located in Iron River, Michigan is conveniently located. This store is very well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is very well designed. There is some construction around the main entrance of this store. We would recommend this store.

They have everything you need! Items that you can't find elsewhere. They have the best donuts & cheap, you just have to get there in the morning before they run out! Love this store!

Ashley and Jodi in the Deli where very rude they will not cut up the deli meat and if they do they have a big attitude like a chip on their shoulder, then the cashiers and baggers are also rude. they don't smile, ask you if you found everything your looking for. the baggers don't ask you if you are going to parcel pick up plus they don't bag right, they also don't want to help you with your bags if you do go to parcel pick up. there are only 2 people they were very helpful and nice Fred and a small dark skin lady. Also in the meat dept. there is cross contamination raw meat, raw chicken and raw fish, the chicken and fish are next to each other. There is only 1 glass separating but it doesn't go all the way up or or across . Plus they don't carry what you would want to buy or even like a trial run of some different like Hillshire farms or Eckrich for example. If I can give them a -1 I would they are a poor excuse for a grocery store

I found outdated merchandise. The staff in the deli have poor customer service skills, they get an attitude, or straight up lie to you if you ask for your merchandise to be slice thin. I refuse to buy their pre sliced meat and cheese.I will take my business to a real deli, where they actually take the time to slice my meat the way I prefer!

Love the new store in our location! It was much needed, the prices are very low - great for cost of living right now- and they have an amazing hot/cold deli you MUST try if you haven't yet! The staff are all very friendly, and the store is always very clean. ♡

I love super one in Iron River, they have remodeled the store , it looks beautiful ,gorgeous liquor store and a lot more items available than the store used to offer. Lots of good sales,so glad super one came to town, a big improvement

Always love shopping at this store. Was working in the area. We drove past other grocery stores to go here. Great selection and prices. Will always shop here when I'm in the area

Store looks nice but employees don't acknowledge customers. I walked the entire store and passed 7 employees, none of them bothered to say hello, offered assistance, or evensmiled. This store must be a miserable place to work.

Raised the prices by 20%, brought in unfriendly out of towners to take over management, completely failed to have any community involvement, threw away flyers for the local toys for tots campaign, been remodeling for nearly six months and brought in cheaper lower quality foods than Angeli's had. No wonder so many employees have quit.

Nice experience this morning at Super One in Iron River. Friendly staff, lots of people stocking the shelves, many specials on produce and in other sections, and fast checkout. Great job while you're still transitioning the store.

Just shut down and do your renovation properly. Strong paint odor in store. Constantly moving products around. Items ring up incorrectly. Basically it sucks.

Will miss Angeli's as Super One doesn't carry many items Angeli's did. That said, it looks like the store is being updated and that's good. Pretty much a standard Super One.

The prices are good and they have a really good selection! But it there aren't any signs that tell you what is in what aisle so it's impossible to find any anything! I spent nearly an hour trying to find less than 20 things.

As a customer and an employee I have nothing but good things to say. I no longer work or shop there since I have moved, but the store was always clean and well stocked and the employees are great!

They don't always have want I'm looking for, fresh produce is limited. Not a lot of fresh herbs or lettuce varieties. Store is clean.
