A nice family feel restaurant. Coffee is hot and fresh, ordered Country Fried Steak &eggs. They were both delicious but a bit off the mark, eggs were supposed to be over-easy got them more on the medium side. Gravy was a bit thick. No complaints on the service or quantity. Overall thumbs up. Wife had the pancakes and was surprised by the size but loved the taste.

Freaking amazing. Best small town diner food I've had in ages. I travel year round for work, and enjoy stopping at local eateries. This will definitely be added to the list of places I will be sure to stop at again when I next pass through the area. Heck....I would go out of my way to get back here. Fabulous food. Fabulous service. Prices like they came straight out of the 80's. I would gladly pay twice what I was charged. Excellent job Mr. T's!Vegetarian options: My fiancé is vegetarian and she both found something on the menu AND loved it!

Hadn't been here in a couple years. So the wife and I decided to stop in for lunch a few days ago since we had to run some errands in the area. I ordered the hot beef sandwich and was very disappointed. It was literally just 3 pieces of lunch meat roast beef. At 10.95 you would expect something a little more. Or at least more than 3 pieces.

Came from out of town and had Jamie as our server and she was amazing! We had the eggs Benedict and the biscuits with gravy and it was DELICIOUS. I would have posted a photo of the eggs Benedict but clearly it was too tasty. I would highly recommend! Its a cute family style restaurant and if I ever find myself back in iron river, I will be returning🌝

I was very happy with my order and the service. We didn’t wait too long for our food or drinks which is very important to me.I ordered a cheeseburger with a topping of mushrooms and a side of mashed potatoes. I have to point out that the gravy looks like caramel and the mashed potatoes look like ice cream, still it was pretty tasty. My burger was perfect, it kind of had a smoky flavor and it was well done, just how I like it. The bun was soft/toasty warm, yum!My husband in the other hand likes burgers medium rare, he kind of regretted not mentioning it before to our friendly waitress, anyhow he ate it all and liked a lot!

Overall the food was good... minus the side salad, tiny bowl of lettuce with a slice of tomato on it. Cheese curds were good but we must have gotten the bottom of the bag cause lots of tiny ones that all the cheese blow out of. Country fried steak was really good and my niece got spaghetti with meatballs and she really liked it. Great service but a lil slow so probably not the place to go if you're in a hurry... we were not so we didn't mind that they were short staffed and we had to wait a lil bit longer.

My food was great even tho I asked for sito mot be on my plate due to allergies n it was on there. Husband asked for cup of gravy for his fries n they poured it bon it. Etc. Server was great but the kitchen could have read the slip a bit better. Plus they no longer do the variety thing where you get curds mushrooms etc but they advertise it on their board very disappointing

There are not many restaurants open in the evening in Iron River MI but this one is.Food is good but not great.Loved our waitress, did a fantastic job.Atmosphere is low, this place really need updating, even the menus are worn out.If they would update and spend about 20,000 they would have a great place.Menu selection is good have a nice variety to choose from.You can park on side of building or back side but you have to walk around to the front which is facing the Hwy.I would change the door so you come in on the side by the parking lot first.I heard a lot of locals talk about this place that's why I chose to go there. Locals like this place, but I'm sure it's because restaurants are far and in-between there.Parking: Not all the parking is pavedKid-friendliness: Kid menuWheelchair accessibility: Ok if you park on pavement or have someone to help you

I was here 2 years ago and gave a 1 star rating. Decided to drop in for dinner tonight and I am pleased to say 5 stars all the way!! Food was fantastic tones of good flavor! And the staff was amazing! Didn't have a want for anything, truly a great place to eat in iron river mi! They will be getting more of my business in the future. Good job Mr. Ts

We had breakfast here, was not impressed, horrible hashbrowns, hard bacon. Barely edible, now dont get me wrong, we didnt have lunch or dinner here, and maybe it was not the normal cook. Will return for lunch or dinner next time we come up for vacation.Price was more like $5-15 a person

Hubby had breakfast, said it was great. He ate every bite. I had the Club Sandwich with fries on toasted sourdough, requesting crispy bacon. It was fresh and tasty. I was offered several bread choices. Waitress was awesome. Good, no-frills place for lunch. Everyone was pleased with their meals. It was pretty busy despite being a Tuesday at lunch-ish, 2pm. If in the area, we would definitely return.
