Staff here has always been great! Tonight the gentleman closing really helped my husband out. I called the store and he grabbed the one item I needed and I knew I wouldn't make before closing. He saved the night and was waiting at the door for me to run in and pay for that item. We frequent this store almost daily, love it! Thank you DG :)

While they are sometimes understaffed at the register, they're always polite and willing to chat a bit while checking you out. I've never really ran into a problem with them being out of what I'm looking for either.Can't beat the prices here, especially when you're scraping together money for things.

Dollar General was okay would be much better if they would get the products in that they actually sell. Then two months now trying to get baby aspirin, Rexall 300 pills for $4. They only get three bottles in at a time and you actually have to be there when they're unpacking them to get them. Also people are scarfing up the distilled water. It comes in a gallon size jug and she says they come in and take it 6 at a time. Usually goes the vet comes in so no one else can get some. Dollar General better wake up and stop sending just what they sell. If they sell three of the products and that's all that's on the Shelf and that's all you send them each time they're never going to sell more. Because there isn't any more to sell! They're always out of stuff I never get what they asked for. In the meantime the Dollar General in Crystal Falls it's so much stuff that they have no place to put it. What's up with that?

Store is normally very low stocked and in disarray. If your looking for something grab a salesperson as soon as you see them, if you see one, or you WILL be looking for awhile. Highly suggest the Crystal Falls location. It is better stocked and more organized.

Every day low prices. Always friendly help. I use this store quite often. Cleaning supplies, pet treats, toys some grocery items. (Beware when grocery shopping, you really need to pay close attention as some items are costly. Overall great store 👌

After the recent remodel it has taken time to locate merchandise. With Covid19 keeping the shelves sparse it is a trial to fill your shopping list. I recommend asking if the digital coupons system is up and running before you shop.

People are always nice and helpful. I'm in a wheelchair, so that's appreciated. I think this is a high volume store, so if you want a deal, you need to get there early. Like shopping there!

Very unkempt and not put together, storage crates are all over. This review is for the Dollar General that is in Iron River MI. The others that I have been in are very nice and organized. But I plead if you to sustain more order in the Iron River MI Dollar General.

I like the prices but the aisles are always cluttered with things that need to be put on the shelves. If you are handicapped or using a wheelchair this place is too messy to get to items. They need more workers, the people are friendly but look over worked.Now, also in Caspian.

You can always find something at Dollar General!! I like their brand of cookie that is round and the bottom is dipped in chocolate. Makes great Smores! From a quick food need to a quick kids birthday present, tool or craft need, you can find a lot at Dollar General

Manager takes umbrage with the can sorting part of her job. While I understand the customers can be rude, and sticky fingers are not welcome by most, the manager at this troubled location has not mastered the basics of grinning nor forebearance. She will let you know in the most irate, unpleasant tone, in the most upfront way, what she thinks of any cans you bring in that are not immaculate. By this I mean residue, rather than seepage or significant film accumulation. Any unpleasantness in this respect sets her off. One wonders why she doesn't search for other opportunities in this plentiful job market, but that's one aspect of her life she has a right to exercise control over. This is not.

Service was slow. Employee was to worried about her break time to take care of the 10 people in line to check out. As she had been there since 6:30am and it was 12:30 pm. Which had been repeated numerous times that all customers heard it 20 times.

Can't walk through the aisles because of the carts of new merchandise. It's every day. And the aisles are so cluttered with displays you can barely walk through with a cart

I found what I was looking for. Staff was friendly and check out was quick. Dollar General stores, in general, just always feel unorganized and cluttered to me.

Pleasantly surprised while visiting this store. On 2 seperate visits I encountered a female stockperson who said hello and offered to help without being asked. I'll be back.

Because there was NO LYSOL AIR SPRAY PRODUCTS OR NO AIR SPRAY OF THEIR BRAND!!! Why CAN'T they get MORE OUT ON the Shelfs!!! I am ALWAYS LOOKING Because I am Shopping for Someone that HAS To WORK OUT with people ALL of the time!!! 🤔!!!🤔!!!🤔!!!

The prices are usually pretty good and the selection is decent. When there is a wait it can be quite long. There is always extra stock blocking the aisles.

This iron river mich store is the most unorganized store I have ever seen. Under staffed. I would shop there more if you could even get to stuff in store. Always cart after cart that needs to be put away and no staff to put away. Very disappointing.

Its over crowded and inventory sits in the aisles making it difficult to shop. Staff is friendly but can tell they are unhappy and overworked.

Store should be avoided. The employees sont wear masks and they allow anyone not wearing a mask in. It is apparent they could care less about safety.

Long lines at checkout and limited product as very few employees working and this is the problem i have encountered in most Dollar General stores I have shopped at.
