Pharmacy always has a long wait. I waited in line starting at 5:15, they close at 6:00, and Instead of taking the last few customers they just closed! Some people are on life saving medications that they can't just skip a dose of. Disappointing to see they truly care more about closing at 6 on the dot than giving out important medications.

I really think the male pharmacist hates his job. We went in to get some shots and while we were waiting we watched him as he was filling prescriptions. He kind of threw the trays that he was using. Then he called us in for our shots. He didn't say anything. When I left I said thank you and no response. It would have been nice if he would have told us that the rsv shot might make us not feel well. I was miserable. Fortunatrly my daughter is a Dr. O.of pharmocology at the VA.She told us what to ecpect. The women working the drive thru and counter were awesome. He needs some customer courtesy instruction.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve received, literally ANYWHERE for ANYTHING. If you hate your job that much, quit! Definitely some firing to do at this location. It’s shocking that some of these employees even got hired in the first place. Absolutely do not recommend.

I had my prescription I've been on for 5 years cancelled. I then received a letter from Walgreens notifying me they would not fill said perscription unless it was filled 90 days at a time. I went back to my doctor to have them resubmit a 90 day quantity. Later that day I get a call from Walgreens noting my prescription has been delayed. Call to talke to the pharmacy tonight 11/14/2023 and it's 4:45, I've been on hold for 15 minutes listening to their automated system tell me someone will be with me shortly roughly every 16 seconds.I think from here on out I will go to Walmart Pharmacy. Walgreens doesn't care if you run out of an every day anxiety medication that should never be quit cold turkey.Edit, around 20 minutes on hold and I was hung up on.

I don't know what the problem is with this location, but it is just awful. I purposely waited almost 90 minutes after my doctor's appointment to try to get my scripts filled and still had to wait almost an hour when I got there. The staff was pretty rude, too. I feel bad for them, because I know they can only do so much, but this place is a nightmare. I actually dread having to go in there now. Probably going to start having scripts filled elsewhere.Edit: the Army sends me here for the flu shot..I'm guessing Walgreens was the lowest bidder on the government contract. I had to get a shot from here earlier today and, of course, it took over an hour even with an appointment. I scheduled online and did all the disclosures electronically. I went to the counter and was told to take a seat. I sat there and waited for about 45 minutes until going back up to the counter to find out their iPad access was down and they couldn't view the online disclosures I filled out. . Would've been nice to know when I went up there the first time. The lady who told me to take a seat an hour ago wouldn't even make eye contact with me.So I had to re-fill everything out on paper and send it up, now an hour after my appointment time. I then had to wait another 10 minutes until the pharmacist saw me. I told him about the interaction and he brushed it off.I seriously hate coming to this location. The staff is rude and they treat wasting your time like a fetish.

I am from out of town and I ran out of my omeprazole. I stopped in this Walgreens and they looked up my prescription and they filled it and I was heading west within 30 minutes. The girl that waited on me. Her name was Amanda and it was very nice dealing with them all.

Worst experience ever every single time I have to get my prescriptions. Terrible customer service skills and can't seem to get prescriptions done in a timely manner. Lady through the drivethrough yelled at me because she can't communicate properly.

Used to love Walgreens pharmacy but lately their customer service is awful! Was giving Dustin my info for my prescription and he just walked away in the middle of it! Then gave me attitude when I said I already paid for it online! Also had a bad experience with Brian! I called with a question about my prescription and he wasn’t listening to me and the problem I had so I got upset and he said he was going to hang up on me! Both of them will not even take the time to listen or help! Ridiculous!

The worst experience ever at getting my scripts refilled! It took 4 trips to the store in Iron Mountain Mi. to get my first refill, and now I'm getting the run around on my second refill. I will never use Walgreens again.

Pharmacist definitely lacked customer service skills. Had an appt @ 11:40am. Arrived 10 min early. Front counter staff was friendly; checked me in….then waited & waited. Pharmacist needed to get something to eat & drink, then went back behind the counter to fill prescriptions. He finally had time for me @ noon. However he couldn’t get off the chair in the patient room to get me; he had to yell my name to come back. WOW!!

This Walgreens is a joke in my honest opinion. They are regularly out of stock of prescriptions that we have filled the same time every month.. it’s always a wait even if we call in advance it’s really a joke.Avoid this place if you can they just told my wife they won’t have time to fill her prescription before they close that was called in an from the Er mind you it’s over 3 hours until they close.

The IronWood ER told me having an rx filled is quicker at Walgreens then Walmart. The ER called my rx in, I arrived and the department was shutting down for lunch. Really the whole department, I had to chuckle about this process. Staggering lunches is advised. I arrived back 1 later and they told me it was too soon to fill this prescription. I just had it ordered an hour previously by the ER doctor and have never taken it before, how can it be too soon? Then I had to wait an additional 30 mins. Please mind you I went to the ER because I was sick and did not feel well and had all of this waiting to do. I was in and out of ER quicker than having an prescription filled. Very disappointed.

The local hospital told me NOT to go to this pharmacy because the pharmacist has a history of being deliberately unhelpful and rude. I made the mistake of not heeding their warning. I cannot stress enough how incompetent and awful the pharmacist is. She went out of her way to make sure we were not helped and did not receive our prescription. Went down the road to “The DrugStore” and was done with prescriptions in hand in 10 minutes later.Walgreens as a company needs to address what’s going on at this little out of the way pharmacy.

I'm not sure who's responsible for the current state of this store (doubt it's the employees as they seem just as miserable and frustrated as the customers - I feel bad for them) but this place needs some major changes and/or extra resources. Prescriptions are regularly out of stock, the wait times are absolutely insane and the drive through is down literally half of the time I come here.

Pharmacy regularly delays refills due to out of stock. Every single month my refill gets pushed back 2-3 days because of their incompetence. 2 full weeks of the year and over a month of delays in the last 12 months. Go elsewhere

Brian the Pharmacist yelled at me because he couldn't multi task when I was trying to confirm the correct Covid test needed and then hung up on. Not professional at all. I even told him if they needed to place me on hold and still yelled and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting behavior!!!!!

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Went for ONE prescription and they couldn't get it right. Nothing but problems from the get go - and their customer service skills are terrible. If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would.

Dropped off a prescription for my grandmother. 20 mile drive round trip. This will take a half hour. So I go home return the next day. Then they tell me that they have to call this in because it has to be cleared by the insurance company. Are you kidding me😡😡😡oh ok I will just go sit in the parking lot and wait!!! Why have a drive up window???? I put 60 miles on trying to get this done!!! They suck

The workers are very friendly and helpful! The pharmacy can be a bit of a wait so I opted on getting text messages from them so I don't have to sit and wait in the waiting area and to me that is just wonderful!

Been out of prescription for over a week. Said it would be here today, and when I checked online, gave wrong information. After calling, the only answer I got was"Have your Dr. Send the prescription somewhere else. I tried to ask another question and she hung up on me.

They're very courteous and polite and quick to accommodate. I am 59 years old and just moved here from Missouri, this Walgreens is the best I've patronized yet. Terrific staff!

Would not recommend but since I can barely walk by end of day and there is no other drive thru pharmacy in iron mountain, I'm kinda stuck.
