Great store with an excellent meat department and deli. Sometimes they even have MICHIGAN FRESH FISH! Not always easy to find so far inland from the Great Lakes. Our family shops here because we can get everything in one stop for the best price. The deli has a punch card program for meals! Their deli is a great place to buy bulk prepared food for parties etc. if you need somebody else to handle the cooking!

Tadych’s MarketPlace Foods located in Iron Mountain, Michigan is a very good, clean, well stocked grocery store. We really enjoyed shopping at this store. They have plenty of parking. The employees are well trained. This store is conveniently centrally located. We recommend this store.

I hate writing this, but I feel compelled. We love Tadych's, love their meat, particularly the porketta. However, our last 2 porkettas have been terrible. Both were without the twine, which causes roast to cook unevenly. More importantly, both roasts were so fatty, we had to throw away at least 1/3 of each. So disappointed.

Tadychs econo foods is a wonderful locally owned grocery store. They have the #1 meat department in thie County, besides central supermarket they have good meat too. Econo also has some of the things that you can't : being a liquor store. They have cigarettes and lottery. They have Amazing selection of fruit as well and they have decent prices if you pay attention and utilize the sale or the bogo that may be going on. They used to take super one coupons and I think they honor the price match thing. 🤔 I've had my share of econo since I dated almost every chick that did the books in the office and no I'm not talking about Debbie Bray haha ♡I love her but definitely not the same relations I was referring to haha

I enjoy shopping here as they have a nice variety of foods and their prices are good. Excellent meat selection. Friendly staff! Their deli section has a great variety everyday. Plenty of parking and a good amount of handicapped parking.

I enjoy going to Tadytch's Market place in Iron Mountain. The customer service is the best in town. The quality of the food is excellent. Always good sales. Thanks for making me feel like one of the family.

Better than average produce for the area. A little cluttered and perhaps too much space allocated to prepackaged junk food. I know that's where the bigger profits are, but sad for shoppers trying to get better nutrition.

Regular prices are high but so is the quality and service. The sale prices are good and sale items are well stocked and prominently displayed. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. Great beer selection.

The cashier Lisa was wonderful, and went above and beyond for the customer. Something I didn’t even think of like peeling the price tag off of the flowers I was buying is just wonderful!

My daughter and I come here weekly for our sushi fix. It's the only place that has REAL sushi, not that fake crab or California roll, stuff. There's a great variety also: salmon, tuna, shrimp, eel and several others that I cannot remember. It is made fresh; when you open the container, there isn't any fishy odor. The fish slices are firm and delicious. We don't purchase anything else from here, so I can't really comment on anything else. The prices are a bit higher for most other groceries, than Walmart, so we just stick to our sushi.

Management here consistently belittles their workers. They change schedules without informing employees and the older workers treat the younger people like garbage. Love shopping here but management needs to be checked.

Prices are always amazing. They actually offer to help me out to the car. The digital coupons are awesome.I can walk out with quality groceries that last my family of 3 for a month for $200...yes I of course go back for milk.

I used to come here with my grandma as a little girl and eat sugar twist donuts. I'm only in town every couple of years and I love to bring my kids here and get them donuts. The employees are always courteous and have a great selection of items. Id rather shop here than a chain grocery store.

I was going regularly on my way to work but now they aren't open until 6am so I don't go often anymore. The bonus is I don't have to become an unpaid cashier like every other store around here.

This is one of two grocery stores in Iron Mountain. The other one is Super One just down the road. Super One is a more renovated and newer looking store but higher prices by far. Econo food (now named family market) has the best prices. Great selection and you’ll find everything you’re looking for. They have a great staff but sometimes they don’t have enough check out lines open. They do have self check out which I always use. If you have a problem, there is someone to help you. There is a bottle and can recycling machines here as well. Great bakery donuts too!

Sushi is very good the chefs are very good there too the deli is a decent place the staff are very friendly but need to be educated on how to do food share properly when you can't slide it or your cards worn out other than that decent place

The store seems to have everything. Large store with spacious aisles. Prices are good & parking is close to doors & plentiful. Good spacing for motorhomes & campers. Ingress & egress excellant with stoplight @entry road off US Hwy 2. Next to gas station & 3 restaurants; near hospital & big box retailers.

For some reason, some of the reviews here are mentioning that the store is not open 24/7. On rare occasions the store closes at 11pm, but the store is still 24/7 otherwise. A single night doesn't mean the store will never be open again, just call and ask ahead of time if you are not sure.

They have the BEST donuts ever. Always need to make a stop when in town. Highly recommend the bavarian-filled chocolate frosting donut with Fruity Pebble topping!

We worked with Marie in the floral department and completely exceeded my expectations. I quit going here about 15 years ago when a manager told me that my special needs daughter had to leave the store but I was "more than welcome to come back without her." I've just recently started going here again, and the difference is amazing!!! On my most recent trip, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we could get what we needed throughout the store. When my daughter asked a question, she was treated with Courtesy, Dignity, and Respect! When I asked that some items go in paper and others in plastic, they had NO problems doing it that way! They made sure the bags weren't too heavy for us to lift, and allowed me to take the electric cart as far as I needed to go with it! Because of the ignorance and cruelty from 15 years ago, I've avoided going here whenever possible... with sole Thanks to everything we encountered here during my past few stops, we'll be shopping here quite a bit from now on!!!

Nice store with decent prices and selection. Fruit was fresh, good meat quality. For some reason, breads/buns all kind of have a slight musty smell which for non-double bagged breads will translate to the taste.

A very nice grocery store with a wide selection. The produce section has all the staples you would expect as well as some surprises. The deli has a good selection of meats, cheeses, and the potato salad is not to be missed! The bakery makes some very good breads, cakes, and pies.
