Visited on customer appreciation day. Found three beautiful lamps. They were half off plus the customer appreciation day discount...what a fantastic deal.

I wanted to buy a lamp today since it was cheaper than the one in Iron River (slightly), but they want to charge 3% to use a card! Plus, you have to buy a minimum of $10! It's not happening! I'll take my money elsewhere!By the way, you can buy a new lamp for $15 at Walmart!! STOP OVER CHARGING FOR FREE STUFF!!!

Overpriced. Paper signs everywhere stating rules and store policies everywhere are not inviting. I love thrifiting, but this place isn't even worth your time and it's a shame. I cant ever seem to find anything of value yet the prices are like retail. Lower your prices, your inventory is not worth even half of what you're asking.

Where do the actual donations go? This is the only St. V's I've ever gone to on a regular basis that almost nothing ever changes. There's a warehouse full of furniture RIGHT THERE! No furniture ever makes it to the floor. I apologize if everything is above board, but I fail to believe there is a time warp in which there is an actual warehouse RIGHT THERE in which donations disappear and re-appear for the better good.

I am happy to have a store like this close by. They have most products at a great price. Unfortunately I don't agree with some prices. $200 for a worn table. I know things aren't always cheap. I don't know if they start high and lower as time passes. I will still recommend the store to anyone looking for some deals. I'm sure you will not leave empty handed.

The cheap paper signs hanging all over this place are so hilariously ugly and nasty you must visit just to see them! There must be 100+ big block letter "signs", many threatening that you will be kicked out if you do something against the many, many silly rules plastered and taped about the walls.Such things as "treat people nice" and "don't open toy bags" are swiftly punishable by a store ban! The outside of the store has literal spray painted "no parking" spots and a bunch of other mean spirited silly signs that are totally unnecessary.One look at the women who run the place and you can tell they're those super hateful religious types that hang crosses everywhere but don't follow the word of Jesus, at all. Classic.

Very rude employees. Came to the store 15 minutes before they close, the open sign was in the window, walked in an was yelled at - "you have to leave we're closing". Second time this happened to me at this location, different employees. Will no longer donate items or purchase items from this store and neither will anyone I know, will donate down the street at Goodwill where they actually appreciate their customers. They need to not only clean the store, but get some employees who are actually interested in getting customers instead of insulting them to the point they will no longer come.

Overall, I've been a satisfied customer of this location. Yes, some prices strike me as excessive but I think primarily they are reasonable. Staff has always been helpful and pleasant and store is neat and organized.

Very disappointed in my trip here. Although I was able to get a lot of treasures, the customer service was severely lacking. I bought a jewelry set and the lady bagging it lost one of the earrings to the set. I called as soon as I noticed it was missing and they offered no solution.

OUTRAGEOUS: public bathroom policy at this store. Made me wander over 4 city blocks in a town I don't live in looking for the Welcome Center to use a bathroom! (Does the Iron Mountain Welcome Center know this is St. Vinny's answer to public bathrooms?) Newsflash: People with small children, incontinence issues, heavy periods, the elderly, or those who just reeeaaally have to pee....they all shop in your store. For a CATHOLIC, Christian organization to deny people the common decency and courtesy of using a bathroom is uncharitable, unkind, and humiliating. The real, actual, Saint Vincent de Paul would have never agreed with such a policy. Is the problem that the bathrooms aren't handicap accessible? Newsflash #2: People with disabilities shop in your store as well. Especially since it's a thrift store. Is it an insurance issue? Change carriers. BASIC HUMANITY, PEOPLE!

Overpriced for worn out converse ,st vinnies is supposed to be for those in need and affordable clothing but 25 dollars for worn out converse???!!??Thats how much. You could buy them new. I will not be coming back to this overpriced thrift store very dissapointed.

First they told me they no longer help with utility bills when in fact they did. Then they gave me two bags full of stale outdated bread, some of it over a month-and-a-half old, and they expected my family to eat it and they call that a Food donation. What a joke!

Fair prices,clean store, friendly staff,not as cheap as they were a couple years ago but they might as well compete with Goodwill . I like that a church organization has a thrift store,I have told my friends to please donate their unwanted items to St.vinnys because they help many needy people in the areas close to home🤗

We were trying to drop off some furniture, had gone everywhere else in town, and they refused to take it because it was the weekend. Why wouldn't they take furniture on the weekends for people who work? We had rented a Uhaul to move it, and had no idea nowhere in town took furniture on a Saturday. The man we talked to wasn't even nice about it.
