I went here because I love this store. My hubby and I entered and were welcomed with smiles. The girls at the front desk were the SWEETEST!!!! I love Cactus and they noticed I loved them and these sweet ladies gave me a bunch of Cactus stickers. I'm so happy. I know it's nothing to some but this made my day!!!!! Can't wait to see them again!!!! I WILL return!!!!!❤️🏳️‍🌈

Friendly staff and quick service. Wasn’t able to go inside, but was able to get what I wanted either way. Facility looks amazing and seems to be expanding as well. Product quality was great as well. Definitely recommend this dispensary whether your a local, passing by, or planning a trip.

Tried this place upon arrival to iron mountain. I parked where all the other cars were on the lot and walked to the entrance. Was told to move my car to a different location in front of the building. No signage marking any parking anywhere whatsoever. So I go move my car to the designated area, it's zero degrees outside so it was super fun. There's a new guy standing out front who then belittles me for being parked in the "wrong" direction. So I just left and went to the other place downtown and had a wonderful experience. I managed the largest chain of grow stores in Denver before the owner sold for 1.2 mil in 2017. Anyhow, I've never felt like I've been in the presence of people who could insert soft members forcefully up their own bum before, but now I believe it's physically possible after experiencing the rize parking enforcement team.

This place has consistently exceeded expectations. Their prices and deals are excellent, the staff is friendly, kind, and always happy to help, and the drive up service is fast and convenient. I always receive some kind of freebie with my order, whether that be candies or stickers, a free pre-roll, treats for my dog riding along, or even a free rechargeable battery for cartridges. I love this place and it's a wonderful experience every time!

Ordered for an event. Excited to get home to check my order out only to find my order only half filled. I was sent a text saying my order was ready. No hey we only have half what should we do. No biggie I thought I’ll just im them on FB. Started out good got a response asking where I shopped and they would put me in touch with the manager. I responded then nothing. Two days nothing. This morning they sent me the address of the store. I think I might already know. Terrible customer service experience! Do better, please!!!

The product itself is great, but I will try a different ryze store to see if they let me into the store to purchase what I want and to see if there is more to be purchased. The sales person didn't get a big sale cause he wanted to make a quick sale and not spend time teaching someone about all the new products available to a person who used for more than 35yrs and trying to get reaquainted with it.

As a cannabis consultant/tender.I wanted to buy 1-3 pre rolls impulsively and was in iron mountain. I decided why not I was interested in Michigander fire and sorta knew what I wanted. What ended up happening was being greeted by a rude fella with only a sweater on and a bad attitude. I did pull into the wrong lane since I’m a oldtime costumer shopping there for the first time in an while, and it felt rude how he directed me making me feel like I was suppose to know. Didn’t have any menu, tablet, info, recommendations, or even a friendly hello or greeting. All I wanted to do was order from my car and he insisted I go inside. Which I did not wanna do. As a person who is in the industry I take orders outside all the time and never hassle a customer to place orders in, or outside. After I asked to see a menu or info on product he insisted “well it’s on my phone” or my personal phone in his hand at the time. Didn’t scan my ID, didn’t seem to want to have my business either. So I promptly asked please take this orange band or whatever you use to mark cars in service w and said I’m leaving and drove off.

Our experience was ok. We picked this dispensary because it was women owned but we're only spoke with men during our shopping experience. There was no signage to direct us to the process at this store.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. The workers were rude, the parking lot is confusing and gosh forbid you park in the wrong spot a man will come out and yell at you. The store is chaos to put it shortly. No prices on anything which is deceiving and everything was over priced. I would not recommend this place and I'll never return.

Truly, a blessing for Wisconsin and Michigan residence. The display on the inside is extremely well done. Although it’s a drive up you are allowed to go inside and they also do veterans discount at 20% you believe that 20% discount..

Over priced, 9 month old pre packs, and no in store, this place is a rip off and it’s clear why they shut down the only decent dispensaries in Menominee. It is worth the drive further to crystal falls or escanaba. I recommend the outpost, higher love, and elevated exotics. Better deals/prices will make up for the extra gas. Also avoid fire station.

The storefront is never open.... Even after 2 years of no covid. The prices are way too much for top tier too especially when a 300 oz is dryer that the saharah. The carts I get only work 2/3rd of the time. The customer service is really the best. I haven't connected with a dispos staff like I have with this place. Really wish you guys would get fresher stuff and let us into the store more often. It'd make the usual premium prices worth it, especially with a staff that can recomend a new and current customer exactly what they might want. They also have a fair rewards program and specials every day of the week.

Didn't this dispensary get all mad and shut down businesses around them that were doing better? I'll drive the extra hour to another rather than support people like this. Thank God for the internet, y'all people looking at reviews should go look at the Menominee, MI stores review page.. And also The Fire Station, they were involved in the lawsuit as well. Pretty terrible time to pull that kind of stuff in the day of the internet.

I love RizeUP! Today (the Sunday of Labor Day weekend)was the busiest I've ever seen them. After checking in at the gate there was a line of cars around the building, which is unusual, but I was really impressed with how hard the staff was working. They were literally running from car to car. Overall my pickup took about 16 minutes, much less than I expected when I saw the line of cars in front of me.Quality products, and a hard working staff. I will definitely return.My picture shows my bud tender running my order out to my car.Keep up the good work!

They went up and beyond today. Bought one disposable, the battery didn't work, they gave me a second one, that battery didn't work either. So, they gave me a third one. Different brand and flavor and OMG it worked. You guys are amazing!
