The employees are great!But the prices rose AFTER they took away the monthly coupon. And half the time, what you need isn’t in stock and TSCo has even less selection. It’s like you guys think people only own dogs and cats and we’re rich. You’re charging $7 higher on a 5lb bag of rabbit food than literally any other retailer (online, local, or otherwise).Do better.

We bought a new aquarium set up & spent around $800. We went back a cpl days later for fish. And oh my God the rude!! For one a worker came up to see cldnt by fish yet. As if it was too soon for the ste up. Had she asked we wld have learned we have a 200 gallon salt water at home. Then the kid helping us was struggling with the bag so I was helping him. Instead of telling me not to she rudely told him she was going to get someone more experienced. He was very embarrassed to say the least. She was so unprofessional. And it looks like she didn't wash her hair for a year. Absolutely disgusting. If you ever go there ask for Annette. Shes fantastic. We will never go back.

Iron Mountain M.I morning staff is great, afternoon/evening staff is horrible.. Snotty, disrespectful crew who could care less about customer service. Sad when I am a customer who comes very often! Also more often then not they are out of stock for lizards..Disappointed dog n lizard Mama🐾🦎🐾🐶🐾🦎🐾🐶🐾

This pet store is definitely one of the better ones I think I've been too ever, all of the animals seem well cared for especially the reptiles, they have a fairly large and budget friendly reptile supplies and additions to any Insect or reptile enclosures that you need I was really surprised at the pricing and how much stuff they had available for snakes especially, they also have a pretty large live feeder Insect supply and variety. All the employees I've met have always been really helpful anytime I've needed live crickets and feeder food for my snakes, 10/10 would recommend as a place to go for pet supplies or just in general for pet related purchases.

Have been in this store 3 times. Each time gets worse. No one acknowledges you when you enter. You can stand there looking at 5 associates and no one will ask you if you need assistance. When you are ready to check out there is no one at the register unless another customer is already there with them. This latest visit was that. I do not feel that if you are in an area min the store that requires assistance that there is no one there to assist. I would do zero starts if it would let me post without hitting one.

I love the self wash station with shampoo that comes out in the water sprayer. Unfortunately sometimes certain shampoos run out, limiting choices.It's still way more convenient than bathing at home!Definitely a Dirty Dog repeat customer!

I buy all my puppies' food here and I get such a good deal compared to other places like chewy! I also bought my 8 parakeets and my cockatiel here and they are lovely and in wonderful health! I also buy my bird's food here, and when you buy in bulk, you get such an amazing price! I absolutely love coming here as not only are their prices amazing but the staff is wonderful, kind and prepared to help! Wonderful pet store.

Staff is super friendly. Took my puppers for a wash. The wash is $10 they also have shampoo and conditioner and fur spray you can use with it great deal.

Go here if you want them to sell the hamster you bought for your wife & son to surprise them & they'll sell it to someone else. 👌 I spend lots of money here, due to my collection of pets. Needles to say I will be ordering from online now I don't care how long it takes. They did nothing about it besides apologize & offer a different one. Mind you, I was in there the day before holding and spending time with said hamster letting them know I would pick it up the next day. It was already paid for. Went in got all the stuff for her, and go to her tank to find it empty. We are heartbroken. Thank you, pet supplies plus. You're doing great 👍👌

I love buying my pet supplies here. The staff is always super friendly and they always have really sweet deals on different brands of foods. I wish they carried a better variety of hairball control food for cats but mine seem to the like Purina One that I have been getting which is approved by my vet so I know they are eating right. I love how they are doing an adoption thing with our local shelter to help get animals adopted into loving homes.

I am on oxygen with Alpha 1 Antitripsin Deficiency, have a pacemaker and other handicapping issues. I parked right outside the store and called them requesting to have 2 bags of litter brought to my car. I was going to pay with my credit card and photo I D. The person I was speaking to said they could probably do that. She came out and said her manager said I had to come into the store. I said I can't do that and left. VERY poor service for handicapped people. Of course I won't go back.Now I looked on their website and they have curbside pick up! Bad store manager!The head manager spoke with the person that refused me service and it was determined that there was a miscommunication. They apologized and said they would this carry out service for me. Thank you, Jade!
