I walk in. I feel welcome. Place is pretty clean. Bathrooms are good. Only thing is when you're leaving the bathroom it is easy to bump into somebody on your way out into the main area. Maybe a mirror so I can see who's coming from the other direction as I leave the bathroom? When I come to Iron mountain I make sure I stop there for a coffee for sure! 🤓

As the owner of a local business (Engman's Haven House in Kingsford) I do try to support local businesses as much as possible. But this time it didn't work out.I went to Qwik Trip in Iron Mountain hoping for a good experience, but it wasn't great. First, the drink machine didn't work well, so getting a drink was hard. Then, when I checked out the fruit, some of it was yucky and spoiled. The store was busy, which I get, but the people working there didn't seem to care much about helping customers. It felt kind of like they didn't want to be there.Overall, I didn't understand why everyone talks about how great this place is. With the broken drink machine, gross fruit, and not-so-great service, it left me feeling disappointed. I wouldn't tell my friends to go there.

Love Kwik Trip! The store has everything you may need at great prices and great quality.The gas prices cannot be beat. The rewards program is the best as well, with an additional 20 cents off per gallon on the already low price!The employees are polite and helpful.Tonight the young woman who checked us out was exceptionally polite and even gave me a compliment about my hair. It was just the boost I needed at the end of the day!I failed to get her name, but she was at the checkout near the windowThanks you for making my day ❤️😀

If bathroom entrance doors were handicap friendly, many Kwik trips would have 5 star reviews- but they don't. I've been stuck in several bathrooms throughout Wisconsin. Those doors are too heavy for weakness issues or stuck in a wheelchair Thankfully employees have helped and kind cistomers. But times of knocking on door 1-3 minutes for help to get out is kind of embarrassing, besides the frustration that comes with it. I use bathrooms when I have to go just like other people. Luckily I can hold well because can't get in on my own. It's all locations, not just this one. I have contacted company, but never able to communicate with people that can actually make changes. Not even by email. Kwik trip has been the most clean and great customer skills keeping food fresh, etc. so it surprises me that none of the locations don't have auto doors for bathrooms.
